Hotel Tulsi Villa

A random search on makemytrip led me to this lovely property located centrally. Just 7 to 8 mins from the clock tower. Rooms are spacious clean and well kept.
Staff is co operative. Enough public transport within walking distance. Clean and big washrooms. At 2000 per night this hotel is worth the money for a comfortable 2-3 days stay. Parking is available and the area appeared very safe

Total value for money stay, why to spend 4 to 5 thousand rupees for an overnight stay when stays like Tulsi villa is available in less than 2 thousand rupees. They provide neat and clean rooms/washrooms and services are also good considering the price point.

I stayed in this hotel with my family of 4 members for 3 days. We have booked 2 rooms. There is no restaurant in this hotel. They say room service is available. But food is not at all good. We have ordered coffee first, then tried tea, both are not good. Tried other things at breakfast , it's waste. Better to go out , within 2 km many good restaurants are available. But practically it is very discomfort to going out for food everytime.

They have given room no 102 & 104 to us. Room no. 102 is good. But in 104, when we checked in it seems to be good. But after 2 to 3 hours, very bad smell in bathroom as well as in room. May be some drainage issue. We requested them to resolve the issue. They have not responded at all. Then we requested them to change the room. They have shown room numbers 105, 204, & 205. All these rooms having same problem. If we take these rooms, our entire trip will be spoiled. Those who are interested book rooms in this hotel, better don't take 104, 105, 204 & 205. They say that problem is now resolved, but it is not correct. We have faced lot of problem in room no.104. Actually out of 10 rooms of this hotel only 2 to 3 rooms only good. Pl don't book this hotel without looking the rooms

Another thing, we have to ask everything towel, toiletries..etc. They won't provide on their own. Even room cleaning has to be insisted every day. Poor management.

Awesome location....staff is polite. The food tasted awesome. I would recommend booking this hotel. Parking is also tension free ...

Rooms are of average size. But, bathroom size is bigger. Rooms & bathroom are clean.
Staff behavior is good. Owner Mr. Gaurav Agarwal is very pleasing to talk and he talks very straightforward. Only negative thing is that for drinking water you will have to buy bottled water. They donot provide filtered drinking water. They donot have resturant, but they have their kitchen and provide room service. Food is really tasty.

First of all it was a nice to stay because staff was polite and very near to market and other places and again we had booked the hotel this month but just want to what facilities are given in winters customer
Is blowers are given to guests or not

Nice ambiance & friendly staff, food on offer is only vegetarian but it's good.
