GMS Grand Boutique Hotel Dehradun

Really loved this hotel. We stayed here a few days back for a trip between Mussoorie and Dehradun. The staff is kind, ready to help and courteous. The rooms are okay in size, not very big but good. They are clean, hygienic, smell good and feel great. The bathrooms also had all facilities like hot water, shower, towels, etc. Overall a family environment and good area. You will easily get transportation also from here.
Definitely Recommended!

My most 3rd class experience by the behaviour of the staff
I paid the cash amount in advance at the time of check in and at checkout staff wasn’t even ready to provide me with the bill i paid and i had doubt they overcharged from me
Will not recommend you to waste your hard earned money on this kind of poor hotels
When i asked them i want to talk to some senior or their owner, they said we are the seniors only and our owner is in canada, we can’t contact him like this.

I mean this was very unprofessional of them.

We had a small birthday celebration of our daughter in their restaurant where they gave separate area. Beautiful ambience , staff service and the tasty food has make the event successful. Mr Chandan was very helpful throughout the event. Overall a beautiful place to celebrate with a reasonable budget.

1- we stayed in room 206 which is Excel category.room was pretty decent but bathroom was horrible. continuous seepage of the taps from toilet and shower area.not at all maintained . no exhaust so it was stinking the whole time.2- second issue was beyond explanation.the whole soundproofing of a hotel is horrendous. we cud listen the things happening in next to next room 🙈.every single noise from the corridor, every door opening and closing, people entering or leaving was as if happening inside our room only. 3. mosquitos problem is also dere.and the hotel was unable to provide us any sort of repellent.in fact dey gave me tiniest bottle of moisturiser.why .i dnt know.🤔4- service is ok. took little longer.the whole experience cud have been better.

Nice stay Mr Taniya was very help and accomodating o our request awesome food layout during breakest and dinner. All toiletry were pre available in the room

Good location
I stayed at Hotel GMS Grand for a night, i really enjoyed. A really nice hotel and the staff was very helpful, breakfast is really delicious, and the rooms are clean and tidy.

We arranged a small rooftop Party ..But really low space & no covered space at all ... If rain arrive gathering will have to departure 😉 ...

Hotel is very good, rooms are good, food is awesome, service is too good👌🏻.

You can hear live gajals but the singer are not sung properly, if you know about singing you can sung here a song.
