Good staff.wheel chair cannot enter the hotel as there are stairs,hotel is on first floor.50 metres away is a better hotel,Him Sagar.some rooms are at road level.

If u want good rooms in low price so ranjana hotel is best fr u. In 500 rs u get double bed room with TV, attached bathroom and hot water besttt deal👍

Reasonable very affordable price..Nice location in the mall road...station is just 100m walk... Good views from the other side overlooking the mountains... Nice terrace.. Good hospitality

Very dirty rooms and after several reminders no cleaning . Stinky beddings , torn pillows , cigarette smell all over the room. No lock on washroom doors, and dirty washroom. Please don't go !! Pathetic experience.
