Location is very interior. Conveyance is not easily available. The plot behind the hotel is vacant and used as a dumpster. If you go to your balcony you will have a view of dump. Room service is prompt. But room had several defects. No channels in television. All the taps in bathroom defected. Flush was constantly leaking. Exhaust was noisy. Food was fine. Polite staff. No maintenance certificate in lift. No security guard at gates. Stray dog at parking. Stray hair bunches from previous guests inside the room. Did not allow even an hour extension when our flight was delayed even though all the rooms were vacant. No variety in breakfast.

I found it great value of money along with tasty food n services. staff was quite attentive and helpful. Room was spacious enough n clean. always got best deal at the hotel. Grand legacy Elite will be my first choice on next visit to Dehradun.

The day we arrived, the rooms were unclean, bedsheets were stained and had hair on them and the room was stuffy and smelly. The washroom was not cleaned.

Do not have high expectations from buffet breakfast. Also, we feel that we were charged more as they don't provide a break up for the expenses.

The only redeeming factor was the terrace and the dinner we ordered. The person serving was very courteous.

Expensive. Bathroom was not clean. Mineral water bottle not given.Breakfast just average. No toothpaste, hand wash soap, body lotion given. Only a tiny bar soap and one sachet of shampoo given.Manager at reception very helpful and positive. Staff in the dining room courteous. The rest of the staff does not wear uniform. They could as well be some one from the street.

Hotel is good.. Staffs are nice.. Morning breakfast is simple and hygiene.. Room service is good too.. had not got a chance to explore meals here so can't comment on that.

Only drawback is that they collect 500rs per person for early morning check-in even rooms are available with them. They might be having their own rules regarding this, but, overall it is a very nice property.

Pathetic service. Cockroach in the room, no hot water provision in the hotel. And
Don't Expect for the breakfast.

Location is not at all good...and before booking they confirmed me for late check out on call but at the hotel they denied. rest service is okay...

The stay at the hotel was quite pleasant and enjoyable. Hotel is located in a peaceful complex, away from noise of the main road. Rooms are spacious, modern looking and fitted with all basic amenities like kettle, flat screen, mini fridge.
Bathrooms are a tad small but clean and well maintained. Staff of the hotel is polite, courteous and extremely helpful and will go the extra mile to ensure guest's comfort. All in all pretty good experience.
