Nice hotel with good services. Rooms were very neat and tidy. Staff is very courteous and polite. Food is also good....

The hotel's location is ideal because it is right on the main road. Large gatherings can easily be accommodated in the hotel's hall, which features ample space, and the hotel's guest rooms live up to expectations. We went to a birthday party that was exceptionally well put together for the guests. The staff was extremely proactive and meticulous in their management. An ideal location for hosting a get-together of any kind.

We stayed in this hotel few days back..the ambience is gud..room is gud as well as the services...but what was most commendable was their sense of duty...my wife left iPhone 12 in the room and we checked out and left the place..we got the call from the hotel management that we left our phone...we could collect our phone 3-4 hrs after we left and they patiently engaged with us for this duration...amazing guys..whosoever I shared my story was astonished...keep going guys...

If you want to stop around Rudrapur while going Nainital or while returning then this is the place to stay. Main reason is it's restro bar Dboom. Surprisingly It's better than most of Gurgaon cyberhub places. Amazing food and Ambience of the place at night. Rooms are average.

I stayed in this hotel a few days back. Totally disappointed with the quality of the room. The room is very small and was not clean. I was charged Rs 2500 for one person for 1 night but as per my experience they are charging way too much for business class room for this type of service.

luxury hotel ! really? they keep just one towel in the bathroom and asking extra towels for kids and wife was like asking them their life. on first time, even refused to give more than 2 towels. even a cheapest hotel in paharganj delhi has better services and such experience with them was a lifetime experience. any one short of luxury, come here and experience

the staff is very unprofessional, may be new and untrained . Rooms were shabby. They have a septic tank system so in case bathroom door is left open, the entire room smells off you know what.
