The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie

Lovely property ! With an amazing location, 100 meters from Picture palace. Their Club category rooms are Simply amazing , Rustic yet modern with a double valley view !! On weekends the property has high-tea with a live music performance & Tam-bola for its guests. BBQ dinner with live performance everyday.

Breakfast with a beautiful view and good service. Helpful & courteous staff especially Avjit & Devesh who made it a point that we were taken care of during breakfast everyday ! Had a great time , will keep coming back

The hotel is good. The rooms are a bit small compared to the price. Go for the higher rooms. The staff is friendly, well behaved. Satish at the concierge knows the town pretty well and is the go to person for info. The meal is a good spread and breakfast is as good as it can be. The windows keep out the noise of parties/ gatherings in the hotel, if any. Seems quite safe even for solo travellers. The only points against are the vaccuming of the room everyday and a slight whiff in the smallish toilet. Overall, a good stay for a couple of days in a 3 star hotel.

Would like to appreciate the quality of food. Excellent work Chef Jay keep it up. Staff extremely helpful and good. Only couple of things first the entry to property not possible if coming by Cab. Secondly Rooms seems to be bit old even though we stayed in their new renovated part. Would recommend for the food and hospitality.

Property was nice but not as huge a shown on photos by the owner.
Rooms were enough for two person, and bathroom was very small. I stayed at winter green room.
Though service was very very good here.
Overall stay was comfortable but way overpriced than they give.
Breakfast was amazing.

Our stay here was exceptional. The hospitality I felt here was far greater than any motel in the US as far as my experience goes. The food is just WoW. No need to eat out anywhere else. Madan Ji from room cleaning staff did a great job in keeping our room clean and top notch!!

Had amazing stay at this location for so many reasons;

1) Location is excellent
2) Service was amazing
3) Chef Mr. Rakesh singh had an amazing skill and was vet supportive
4) Mr. Kamlesh is a very humble person and serves you decently.

We stayed there for 4 days. Our stay was very pleasant and excellent. On top of it, they have upgraded our room to club room , which is having best view of the mountains.
The food is just WoW..! staff behavior is very polite .

Excellent location. Nice property with well maintained rooms and facilities. Food quality is superb and staff behavior is wonderful. Worth a visit and will prefer to come again.
