I like the place and their services and hotel price was good, it's hardly 2 min away from Mall Road.

Very third class experience with hotel they sold my room with any information or call..with my baby and wife I struggle to book any room and exhausted.. Really their behaviour was horrible

Excellent services, Polite Behaviour of staff even owner too much polite. Good services overall. Best in nainital according to me as i have visited 3-4 hotels here. Even rates are also pocket friendly😁

It was a very awesome experience in Nainital. The hotel located in main road.. Everything is available in nearby.. The staff is so good and helpful. Hotel is neat and clean, comfortable...And the owner is so polite and humble. Whatever you have queries they resolve all this. Awesome 3 night stay & great value for money. Hotel staff have been more helpful, Outside Terrace was lovely in the afternoons Huge detailed binder with all details of the local area and things to do. Good restaurant recommendations and lots of affordable places to eat within 20 min walk Very good parking. Less than 20 min walk down to naini lake Already planning
a return visit next summer.
