Collection O 8983 Royal Inn

We two people stayed there for 4 days, breakfast not provided for two consecutive days. Even for getting a cup of tea in the morning 7 am you have to fight with the hotel staff. Rooms corridors staircases are dirty . No in-house restaurant. Linen towel bathroom all are dirty. Staff not cooperative. At 8 am after an hour long fight hotel Guard would provide you tea and inform that staff is still sleeping. Totally a cheap place only to cheat you. Basically it's not a hotel but banquet hall.

This is to inform you that the Hotel which we booked for our stay is not clean and tidy as washrooms were not clean and even Gysers were also not working.
And coming towards hospitality it was mentioned that breakfast time is from 8-10 am and we planned our journey accordingly, but when we asked for breakfast it was not ready and will take around 1 hour. Finally we ordered water bottle and Tea but we were asked to pay extra for the same immediately. I asked them as if breakfast will take some time then just give us tea in breakfastbut they asked us, if we want it as a part of breakfast then we need to wait for 1 hour or pay them immediately.

It was worst of all my experience. It is combination of functional Hall and Oyo rooms .During functions you will have lots of disturbance and Noise. And also no room service not at all clean and not well maintained. Basically I was been told that only umarried couples go here but not married.

If your looking to book a room here kindly do it through oyo app. If you directly reach the hotel you will be paying way more than what you should pay. Hotel is good,good staff but service in night is not that good. This hotel is situated at a very nice location.

The rooms are decent however there is no additional features such as balconies or park or sitting area which narrows you down to sitting in the rooms for the duration of your visit. The service was helpful and the pricing is reasonable although a little steep during weekends and vacations.

It was below average. No proper cleaning in the entire hotel. Faucets problem in many bathrooms, ACs were leaking inside the room, No proper services in the rooms from providing water to cleaning.
Food is prepared without taking care of hygeine.
They do not have staff and usually hire on per day basis depending on the number of customers.
Poorly maintained Hotel and Rooms...Never recommend to anyone.

We had booked it for my brother's marriage........ It is very spacious the arrangement was very good.... and the staff is very friendly..... The dining hall is very spacious and it can serve a lot of people at the same time..... It was an amazing experience of going there and being a part of it.... We are really happy and satisfied after booking this place. And we will recommend it to others for sure

Pathetic service and lack of maintenance. Doors of the washrooms were not closing properly. Bedsheets and pillows were very dirty. We found a cat roaming around there. Our stay included breakfast, in which we had only two options aalo paratha and bread-jam. We insisted them to provide two slices of bread and butter for a two year old baby, they even didn't do that.
