Decent and expansive property but definitely needs to be maintained better. Children's play area, activity room both have potential but not maintained at all. Food was average - nothing to complain about. Variety could be better . Staff is polite and helpful. Overall a good option for families with kids.

The hotel clearly lacks maintenance and cleanliness.
When we arrived the bed was dirty, ACs are broken, even their controls are from 70s and some of them were missing; the wooden cabinets are broken.
The resort is quite big though and has a lot greenery inside. One can do small tracking inside the property itself which I liked the most about it.
The hotel seriously requires proper maintenance. It is built so well but poor maintenance and management is giving all points away.

Absolutely loved our time at Country Inn Bhimtal. Such a nice and comfortable property which is very spacious, well maintained and beautiful. The staff is so courteous, polite and helpful. Food is amazing as well. If you want to avoid crowded and commercial places like Nanital and enjoy peaceful and scenic stay in hills then this is the place for you 👍

Hugely spread property with spacious rooms and lots of open spaces in the property itself to roam around . Parking space is large as well . Staff is very courteous. It’s strategically located where by you can visit places in and around Nainital and Bhimtal both , specially all the lakes . There are good eating options just walking distance from the property. The only little issue is that property and rooms need bit of renovation .

Cottages are good! Property is good, location is good. Its not real country inn by carlson. Deluxe rooms are not that great can be better as per price. I upgraded to cottages thats why giving 4 stars. Staff is just so so good, so courteous, so humble, such a fast service. Giving 5 star services to their staff. If anyone is booking their hotel, go for cottages including dinner. Services are just amazing!

I stayed in this hotel for 2days with my wife and kids, we all had a great time on this property. Staff is really hospitable and gentle. Beautiful quite place to relax and spend quality time with family. They have a good parking space , so on a hill region this is one less thing to worry about. Overall great experience!

Staffs are polite and helpful. Food is delicious .. only room is not suitable for winter.. tiles flooring is used without any carpet and only 1 small heater was provided for 2 combined rooms .. rest thing you will find good Peaceful place and kids enjoyed as well..

Location is good, you can see mountains from the room bolcony
Lush green garden Swimming pool is indore and is clean
There is Live music at Dinner
Overall a very good experience. Stayed with family for two days
