Hotel White Rock By The Solitaire Hospitality

We reached at hotel at 4 pm. the room was not ready. we had to wait for 30 minutes. Afterwards, you hen we got the room then we experience the very bad condition of the room. The lift down button was not working. However, the staff was very polite and humble. But the infrastructure was very bad we found dampness on the wall.On the next day morning we left the room key on the reception and when we came back at 5 pm the room was not ready.The staff was very nice. They helped a lot. Breakfast was awesome. Special thanks to the manager and the button the reception. she was very sweet.Unfortunately, the unavailability of the investment by the management the condition of the hotel is degrading. Hotel need lots of repair.Regards

Had one of the best stays. What was outstanding was the eagerness to listen to the guests. Service was outstanding. Breakfast was good but suggest daily change in menu and variety. Location was 👌

The receptionist lady is too rude. She is just so irritating. The guy is even worse. Please put a little friendlier staff in the front. It really makes a difference in customer experience. Rest the rooms were good but wifi sucks. Is it that difficult to setup good WiFi at these times. I mean even a grocery store has WiFi nowadays, you are literally a giant heck of a hotel. It must be embarrassing to stand beside marriott and suck at the service. No comparison in the rates but every penny should be respected.

It was amazing. staff, food, location, facilities, everything was just perfect. Surely recommend this hotel to people wants to stay in Dehradun or Mussoorie.

It looks like a newly built property. Location and rooms are good, but service is not up to the mark.

Very bad and disgusting experience in Hotel white rock by the solitaire hospitality. You guys claimed that this is a 4 star hotel. This is not even worth of 2 star hotel. The staff of the hotel is nonsense. They even don't know how to welcome their guest, how to talk with their guest. If you don't know what is the meaning of hospitality just remove this word from you hotel name. Furthermore, there is no help from your staff members. Very disgusting hotel. I'll recommend other people not to stay at this very disgusting hotel.

Isse better hoga Oyo le lo kam se kam support to mil jayega Oyo ki team se key ka issue they provide only one key each room

Location service staff and rooms are good but quality of food wasn't upto the mark as per the rates 😉
