It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and hygienic. Toilet was spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant provide excellent service and has an excellent view of the Ganges. Railway station is about half-a-kilometer. You can take e-rickshaws from the hotel to Har ki Pauri. Be careful that if you are reaching hotel late night after 10.30 PM you may not get food service. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Our compliments!! The dinner was made according to our wishes. There were customer friendly employees. The rooms were clean, fast cleaned & the staff respect their guests. But, they required private details during the check-in which took a lot of time while we had a long trip. We will visit Hotel Trimurti Haridwar for sure again.

The good:
- good wifi.
- good location to get to the river & other places of interest.

The bad:
- we had 4 rooms. every room had a deeply musty smell. clearly no fresh air has been in those rooms in a long time.
- the bathrooms in a couple of those rooms stank to high heaven.
- the sheets in the rooms had stains on them and in a couple of rooms it seemed like the sheets had NOT been washed between guests.
- the entire lobby stank of having been mopped with a smelly rag. the hallways had yet a different odor. cleanliness is not this hotel's forte.
- questionable hygiene when it comes to food. at least a couple of items we ordered had already started to go bad. I found silver metallic shavings on the idlies served at breakfast. there were cockroaches around the food at the breakfast buffet. they cut packaged butter in half and every one of those halves had extraneous particles of dirt on the cut surfaces of the butter, like someone had cut them using a dirty knife.
- breakfast buffet selection was a disappointment. I was assured by one of the staff members that there would a variety of items, including cut fruit, yogurt, etc. The cut fruit turned out to be a few stale pieces of apple. There was no yogurt. The selection turned out to be far smaller than I'd been given to understand.

I have seen prices as high as 4,500 per night for this hotel online. I would NOT pay that kind of money for this poor quality. The real price is 2200, which they will give you only if you ask. Would I stay again for 2200/night? Most likely not. I would look for better, more hygienic places even if it means paying more money.

Good and clean rooms, homely food, ample parking space behind the hotel in the ground and friendly staff. I stayed here twice and the experience was great both times. They even provided a souvenir gift when checking out and it was really nice of them. This is becoming my go to place to stay on trips to Haridwar.

Rooms: 5/5,
Service:5/5
Location:5/5
Food: 4/5, as it's a bit costly.

However the location and service beats everything else. They have a nearby ghat where you won't find crowd at all most of the times, its quiet, and soothing atmosphere with Ganga flowing in front of your eyes. Staff is supportive
The biggest plus was it's parking space and it's approach from main road.

One of the best hotels in this location. 100m walk from ganesh ghat which is very clean and almost always empty so you can easily relax there ,take a dip in river ganga with much leisure. Parking is available so need not worry about that. Newly constructed property so rooms are neat and clean, staff is very polite and friendly, food is very good. A perfect place to stay if you are coming with family. Highly recommended.(only thing to keep in mind no actual view of ganga from the window)

We visited here for one night prior to travelling to Rajaji National Park.
They were completing construction on the first floor and the odor from the chemicals/fumes/construction was nauseating. You were not allowed to open the windows as monkeys could get in. The rooms were small and the hot water was limited in the geyser/water tank.
When I asked them about the smell, they offered to cover it up with a cleaning agent. A gentleman came and sprayed the room and then it just smelt like construction fumes/stain and cleaning chemicals. I ended up opening the window to help but it was still unbearable.
The next morning, I wanted breakfast but that is where the construction was going on.
None of the workers were wearing proper protective equipment while performing construction. I couldn't even breath down there, so I opted not to have breakfast.
When trying to pay for the room, they would not accept my international card.
Thankfully, we had enough cash to make payment.
There were homeless people sleeping outside of the hotel and stray dogs barking all night.
Even in the best rooms, there was only a partial view of the Ganges river - don't be fooled by the photos.

Some of the front desk staff were nice - we ended up running into one of the staff at a different hotel at a later point in our trip. This might be the only upside?

If you are doing extensive construction with lots of chemicals and fumes, I recommend closing the hotel temporarily in the future.
