Good Food, Good Service, be it morning or night, the view will take your breath away. Amazing dam view from every hut and they are designed so spaciously is a plus.

All is good, only thing I didn't like was that crowd due to those filthy food stalls, I had visited there when there was nature all around but now after seeing that crowd due to food stalls, I decided not to visit again.

A good location just in front of tehri lake and all water activities are there only.

Amazing location!!! One thing has to be accepted that almost all the GMVN hotels are at very prime location so here in Tehri also. All the huts have mesmerizing view of Tehri Lake. These are named on main rivers of India. Rooms are made of wood and well maintained. Service is good. Staff is polite and courteous. They serve meals in room. Food is OK. Every room has electric kettle but surprisingly they don’t provide complementary tea bags, coffee etc. Tariff seems to be slightly high despite being a government property.
Since the location was great, overall experience was amazing.

Have its own value… I have done camping in Shivpuri for 10days .. so i would love to vist shiv puri (Rishikesh) agin rather then doing boating .. that have zero adventure…, but on its own way it’s gud ..

Good place if you like to stay at silence city, far from noise and traffic. But the resort service is not very good, they are totally unprofessional like a desi cheap Dharamshala style, normally hotels give extra towels just on ask, but here they refused to give towel for kid, which is so stupid. This is private resort type without any experience staff. Hut inside room is big hole which is covered by door mates, room and washroom is not cleaned from years, its very dirty.

Was here from 15-17 Jan 2023 for 2 nights and 3 days with my family. Overall a great experience due to the following reasons
1. Location - Huts facing the beautiful Tehri lake. Serene and calm. You can relax and enjoy your morning tea/coffee watching the sunrise and the lake. Go for a walk in the evening around the promenade. Water sports arena just 5 minutes walk away. In proximity to Tehri Dam View Point, New Tehri and other sightseeing locations.
2. Huts - Wooden, clean and well maintained. Temperature inside huts was normal even during peak winter. Can easily accommodate a couple with 2 kids. Extra blankets, blower(heater), kettle part of room kit. Ample space around each hut for kids to play and enjoy.
3. Food - They operate a small kitchen and serve simple yet delicious food. They serve food in rooms too. I would say when you are here, ordering food from their kitchen is a better option than having it from other restaurants which serve the same oily, spicy and unhygenic food.
4. Staff and Service - They are short on staff. However, their service is quick.
Check in time - 12 pm Checkout time - 11 am
The huts can only be booked through GMVN website after checking availability. Even during off season this property was fully booked. They have a total of 7 huts.
