Good hotel , supporting staff. Still some scope of improvement. Like there is no Wardrobe in the rooms series 401-406 we stayed nor toothbrush holder.
Staff was supportive as n whenever we asked for Hot Water for drinking or Bathing was served. Gave relaxation on checkin timing too.

One of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed for the price I had to pay. Worst staff. All they need is money. Bathroom is at its worst. I was waiting in the reception to get my bathroom cleaned for more than an hour. No response. After 1 hour 5 mins one of them came in to just mop it and I was not happy with it so I came back to tell them to clean the bathroom instead of just mopping the bathroom floor. One other person came in and tried acting infront of me but he said I cannot clean that “kachara” in the commod. I was so pissed of with the stay. The bedsheets looked rotten and haven’t been changed in years.

Worst hotel I have seen. I have booked this hotel through Oyo. When I went for check in, it was refused. There was no water in the hotel. Car parking was also not there as mentioned in Oyo app. I called up Oyo for help however they always hung up my phone almost 9 times and disconnected it after 30-40 min holding in each call. Therefore suggest to not book through Oyo because if you get into any issues; you will have to face same challenges.

Good and cheap place but not much on food menu, no cleanliness with food delivery. Hot water, air condition and internet are some plus points. A little out from core city centre.

Parking was not good. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was cleaned but we got the other one dirty. Location is also not good.

Horrible hotel. Had to haggle with the manager for cleanliness. Still wasn't very clean at the time of check in. No place to keep luggage. Just 2 chairs and a coffee table. Bathroom wasn't clean even after telling the manager so many times. The manager's behaviour is annoying. Very small room. Better find a good lodge than be in this hotel. The behaviour of one service boy is good though.

The bedsheets and the bed spreads have not been cleaned from ages. The bathrooms are horrible, no hot water in the mornings.
Very bad food quality. Customer service is 3rd class.
Please choose good hotels to stay else where.

Good rooms. Excellent and highly cooperative staff. Hotel is situated on highway so getting good food, groceries, medicines, daily need items is a problem. Rest good.!!
