Classic The Mall

Classic the mall is a good choice, if you want to stay at mall road. A hotel with a parking is something like rare at that road. All the shops, eateries are at walking distance. Lake is just infront of hotel.
Take lake facing rooms. View is good from the rooms itself.
I took family suite and it was a big clean room. Bed was comfortable.
Room service was good also. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and nice.
Now some cons:
As it is situated at mall road, its a kind of little noisy. So if you are peace lover then avoid. Sound insulation is not good in room itself. You can hear the voices of neighboring room.
It is not modern but clean and good.

Hotel has one of the best lake view.It has parking space also.Food is tasty.We were upgraded to Lake view room with out any extra charges.I would recommend to everyone.

It was a good experience staying at the classic hotel. I was a little confused while booking the hotel but the whole stay was pleasant. The most highlighted points of this hotel are its location on mall road and the room service. within 5 minutes I got everything in my room which I ordered. The breakfast was very good even they don't have a buffet. I wish they could add few more dishes like poha, upma, dosa in their menu. Although the rooms and bathroom are not modern but are very spacious. Only one point i would like to highlight that They should give good blowers and also good blankets in winter season. Overall me and my family enjoyed the stay very much.

A beautiful hotel exactly opposite to The Lake. Had a balcony and the pictures is the view from my room. The staff is very cordial and service is impromptu. I guess this will continue to be the preferred destination. Food quality is very good and there is ample parking for the cars and the gifting shop nxt to this hotel is really nice and reasonable. ATM nxt door. Overall a great experience. Try booking the place locally, might get a very good deal during non peek days...

If you are looking for a Lake view balcony-on the Mall road, it is one of the finest choices.

Overall i would say It is nice place to stay when you are in Nainital and want to enjoy a serene view of the Lake.

Bathrooms were just okay. Old tiles and old fittings. Rest everything was perfect!

Wonderful place to visit with your friends and family. The rooms are quite spacious and airy and you can get an amazing view of the Lake which is the best part. Then ambiance and hospitality is really good. The best part which I liked is their homely service. The food quality and quantity is also perfect. Also car parking is available in this hotel.
