We booked this hotel online. We stayed at this hotel on 14.02.2021 and check out on 15.02.2020 and booked 2 rooms(003 and 004), We reached at hotel about 01:00 PM but room was not ready for check in, almost we have waited more than 40 minutes at reception. There was no proper room service, No hotel number mentioned on website for any assistance. The room service number was most of the time was deactivated. At the time of checkout we had to carry our own luggages. And many more issues we faced in one day. I have not seen such kind of hospitality in my life. If you want to enjoy your trip check all the things before book your hotel.

Service is very average and actually the images shown on the site dont resemble the real views of tbe hotel Food is also of an average quality i recommend to check other hotels too And main point its not belonging to treebo its actual name is Value and Spa.

We have face lot of issues hotal was not good also cheating and fraud ...pls don't book here other you will face issue there your plan was Chaput due to this hotal treebo

Room was not good. No heater for the cold. Location was bad. Food was so so. Staff was nice.

Very far from anywhere. Need to walk and ask several people. Only visible sign to locate hotel is Chess board on terrace.

This place is quite far from Mall road. Also it is down hill so when going to Mall road it's a tough climb with a steep height.
Now coming to the rooms, they were not anything what was shown in pictures and also all rooms were smelly and the sheets and pillow covers were not cleaned.
I Booked the same place reading the good reviews but trust me they're not even 10% of what's shown.
Although the views are good from property, but again the room hygiene is first priority I believe.

this is not a treebo property.the name is just Value and Spa hotel.hotel is ok but not what that shows in pictures its below average 3 star property.also not a clean and hygienic as pictures show.hotel location is good thou no doubt.
