Hotel JPG Palace

The only thing that's good about the hotel is its location. It's on main road. Building is good built, rooms are fine. But, facilities and attitude of staff.. arghh. When we reached and said we needed two rooms for two people, receptionist was like why two rooms for two people. Put them in one room. I was like wow, he is an expert. Their food isn't worthwhile to eat. They don't have many options, so u need to adjust in their limited menu. Once u sit, it takes an hour for food to be prepared. Not at all satisfied.

Staff was not cooperative, service was so slow and not as per standard but as it is nearby sonprayag. it's okay one can not have much more at that kind of place. Food is ok ok.
They can keep more cleanliness and hygiene in rooms.

Service was not good, staff was not cooperative. Rooms amenities need to improve. As per the location- (kedarnath)it is recommended.

Facility is nothing,tolia,shop,drinking water not provided.hospitility is very bad

hotel location is so amazing. it's near to Sonprayag Parking where we get taxi to reach Gaurikund. rooms are specious but maintenance required. hot water facilities is not proper.

Good place for a night's halt. There are lot of rooms (around 110) so you can accommodate large groups here. Facilities are well maintained. No hood food options though. Its a 15 min walk from sonprayag market.

Hotel manager and owner are very nice and helpful. Nice and comfortable rooms. Its a big property with hundreds of spacious rooms. On the backside of hotel, you gets river view. You can get down to enjoy river as well.

Police check post do not allows vehicles beyond this hotel so you can avoid stay in Gaurikund or Sonprayag-Gaurikund border.

Recommended for all those wants non ac comfortable rooms with helpful hotel staff at best price.
