hotel is good but the only problem is it is 2 kms above lake so you need to book a cab from mall road at ₹ to reach the hotel and if you want to come down then you also need to get a cab, if you have your own vehicle then it is fine. The other problem is that you hear a lot of voice from other room there is zero sound isolation in rooms.

Thirdclass room condition thirdclass service and third class room location.. and their no view at all.. tv is not working.. water is not available.. if you're thinking to book room please check other rooms

owner is very nice and it is very near to himalaya view. please call hotel before going to hotel as google map give you the direction which is good for bike. not for car so please talk to local and owner. price is reasonable.

700mtr dikhate hai online aur nainital se 8km पहाड़ी per hai na car pahunchati na paidal ka rasta hi sahi h very poor service

Service is good but this hotel is located at a great distance from main road .. so u have to pay 300 to taxi each time u visit the main road or Mall road . My suggestion is to book hotel in nearby areas close to naini lake in affordable rates.
