Narrowed down on this lovely hotel at the Bara Bazar side of Nainital which is at the heart of the city.

Must share that will never regret the decision and would love to stay at this property again and again. The owner gives personal attention to every little detail of the guests and treats them as guests in his house. This makes the stay all the more comfortable. The rooms at this newly constructed hotel are comparable to any 3 star hotel anywhere. The food quality is awesome and can be customised as per ones requirement.

The service quality can boast of very high standards. The facilities includes almost anything that one desires on a holiday at a hill station and are comparable with the best.

I would highly recommend this hotel for travellers coming on a holiday with family and elders.

I visited Nainital in 2nd week of July for three days. There I stayed at hotel Traveller’s Paradise Guest house.
This hotel is located near main market and the lake is hardly 50 meters from the hotel.
It was really a very sweet experience to stay there. The service was very good. Hotel staff is well educated. The best thing that I observed was the personal attention they were paying to their customers.
Secondly, the room I stayed was well furnished with beautiful lighting and superb interiors. The bathroom was also good with all modern facilities.
One great heart touching surprise they had given during my second day was a complementary gift from their side:-
As I entered in my room, I felt, beautiful exotic aroma, then as I switched on the light, I found a beautiful cake lying on the table mentioning my name followed by my spouse’s name. As they know that we were here to enjoy our honeymoon time. It was really touching!!
I am sharing my experience with you all and recommend you for this lovely hotel. It’s perfect for a enjoyable holiday in Nainital, whether on a honeymoon, with family or friends.

We 3 friends stayed here 1 N and 2 D in room number 1 at ground floor. There is no lake view is available from any of the Room but Room was superb, clean and better than our expectation. A sony TV, Big size double bed with sofa, Room heater on demand and with nominal charges , 24 hour hot water in big and clean toilet. On the top of all this, a care taker Rajesh was ready for giving you all facilities whatever you want like transportation, food of your choice. He was very caring and very much approachable. Hotel is very near by mall road ,tibetien market and thandi sadak.

The positives: Good location - it is less than 10 mins walk to Nainital lake. The service is good and the staff quite helpful. It was safe as I was a lady travelling on my own. The room and bathroom were clean. Food was good the first couple of days.

Things that can improve: On my last day of stay they had changed their cook and the breakfast (Poha) was half cooked.

General information: For drop till the Corbett park, the hotel staff quoted something like Rs.2800 but I got an Indica for Rs.2500 on my own from elsewhere. Also, the room I got was on the second floor and it was quite a steep climb. The room was quite cold even though it was just the start of winter - Nov'15. They charge extra for heaters. There is hot water 24 X 7.

Overall: Most other places were expensive and this place was reasonably priced. Maybe you get what you pay for. It is not a luxurious room though

Best service, best location, best staff, best food, best faculties...
don't have words to express and appreciate the staff service and their quality work.
They always provide fresh food as per your order. No doubt it gets quite late, but we understand that for making something special they need extra time.
I reached hotel around 8am and they provide me a room to wait inside, instead of waiting outside in cold. As my checkin time was 11am. So they think about their customer not about their extra work.

Also they provide room decoration for your special occasions and that too at their best level.
Hotel staff was at my room door around 12am on my anniversary day to wish mr n my wife.
That was also a part of appreciation for them. as they knocked my door exactly at 12am.

Will surely Visit again and will preffer everyone to stay here.

Went there on our anniversary, Location is good as it is near the market and 5 min walk to lake. The room was okay, I purchased a deluxe room which was on 2nd floor, had all the amenities but no view.

The best thing about the hotel was the food. Too good to be true.. I have been going to nainital since the past 10 yrs now and have stayed in every kind of hotels including the "classic" at mall road but none of their food or the meal at various restaurants matched the quality of Traveller's Paradise. They take time to prepare your order but that's because they prepare it fresh and it tastes like you're at home!!

The staff is polite and respectful, our departure was in the evening so we checked out in the morning but the staff kept our luggage for the time and in the evening they offered us tea and dinner despite we were no longer holding any room with them.

Would be staying there from my coming visits onwards.

Very bad experience. I Visited yesterday (Christmas eve) and stayed for 1 night. I lost my valuables when staff came in room in night. N they denied to show cctv recording. And there was power cut of more than 3 hrs and no power backup available.
