Staffs are excess rude.We booked one big family room but when we reached we got two small rooms. Door locks not proper. Toilet blockage problem is there. If you complain about anything to the reception staffs they will say ya it is like to that we can't help and even one of the staff fought with me saying here you will get this only. If you don't like change the hotel tomorrow. Worst staff behaviour .. They just know how to take bookings after that no service.

hotel Lajja Palace is a mediocre hotel to stay. The wall and floor of the bathroom were both broken and the toilet was not hygienic at all. A used and dark colour sheet was put on the bed. I will never go to this hotel again. I booked it from go ibibo.
First thing, the linen you put was not very clear. Secondly, your bathroom wall or floor tiles were really cracked and unhigine. Room no 101. Why do I need to give a false review? I am not a foolish woman. You cheat people like us by making a room clean and putting a photo of it.

Worst service I have ever got, we paid as per their demand, 3000 rupees for a single night, asked toilet tissue 3 times but they didn’t respond for the same, I wish the hotel owner to train their staff, how to behave with customers 🥲🥲

Stayed for the first time for 3 nights. Even after giving extra charges for AC, it was not working and money was not refunded. Dining place on the tarace too hot during day time.

Overall its was an average hotel. Rooms where near and clean but you dont have any view from the hotel as it is in market. The food was way below average. The only thing is its location as you can go walking any side left station and also auto stand is near for RISHIKESH and in right you have ganga gath and also one famous temple is near

Excellent place for stay with family but they only take cash till today.They don't accept card payment,gpay, phone pay.Otherwise good.Geasure are not working.

My experience at Lajja Palace was very good. Food also tasty. Property is at main road that made my car come to there easily. Sanitation and proximity with other place like market made easy for my family to visit each and every place even at night.
