My overall experience was good with this Hotel.It is close to the parking, which is most convenient reason for me to book. there is a lift also so that aged person can easily move. rooms are neat n clean.the only thing which I didn't like toilets, it's are clean but as per picture of hotel there should be more cleanliness. as per my budget, it was a pleasant stay with Hotel Trishul. I would like to stay again. thanks.

It was not disappointing. It was like the most disappointing situation i face that day.
Why this hotel is so unprofessional, i am still wondering? Ordered one simple 2 minutes boiled maggi at 8 am in the month of August and it has not yet come and we are in September. Room service = Minus 2/5 Staffs= Minus 4/5 Kitchen = Minus 28/5

Room is good and clean. Ac room available. Bathroom cold and hot water is available. Room cost approximately 1200. 4th floor available. Lift facilisis have available.

Wow amazing stay! ❤️ best hotel at this price . Specialy GM ( Mohit mehra ). Very helpfull person , clean rooms , Mannered staffs , resturant available , travel desk available just wow .we will come back

First of all we don't book through any 3rd party apps, we called directly and booked the rooms.
+ The location is very good. Har ki paudi distance is about 1.2km. (via motibazar) If you coming from railway station then it would be max 250-300 meters.
+ Surrounding ambiance is great, you can get everything what you need. + Lift is there, very helpful for elderly people. +Aquaguard availability.
- Room Service is pathetic. - don't believe/trust on their wifi. - TV will be there but there will be no signal. - water tap is broken and full night water dropping sound is irritating. -they will not fix anything no matter how many times you request. - there will be no option to turn a single light. You need to turn all the led's or turn off all the LEDs. No option for night bulb. - no room cleaning. -no greetings from any one of the stuff's.
Conclusion :- I'll not visit again in this Hotel.price range lil but high also. Will suggest take a room near about Post Office or Police Station.

We had a very pathetic experience with this hotel. Apart from the location nothing is good here.
CONS:
1. TV was not working. After repeated requests they didn't bother to fix the issue. 2. Sockets and Plugs were opened and risky. 3. We found several cockroaches were moving around the room. 4. Bathroom conditions were not good. Leakage in the water tap. Whole night water drop sound. 5. WiFi was not working, we had requested multiple times but they didn't fix the issue. 6. Behaviour of staffs are not friendly at all. They just ignored my comments on room issues without acknowledgement.

1. Very good location only.

Everything in this Hotel is Good. The location of the Hotel is near to Railway Station and Bus Stand. Hotel Premises has nice outlook. Rooms are nicely cleaned and maintained. Quality and Taste of the food is good. The behaviour of the Staff is very polite.
My Overall Experience with this Hotel is 10/10.

Great location , price also good, value for money but room service very is poor. They don't serve water or hot water. You need to go your own and bring if you need
