Itmenaan Estate, Binsar Himalayas

An awesome place to sit back and relax... The food there is yummy if you are one for locally made options. It is a small walk to the premises but that is what makes it quiet and peaceful... away from the road chaos.

Each place in mountain has distinct characteristics. For a property managed by a group company unlike homestays, Itmenaan provides quite a good service with very helpful staff. Our motivation to visit this place was for 3 nights stay was to enjoy rains , fresh weather and just relax, not going anywhere, talk, read books and chill. Perfect for that. Food is quite good though we have had better in other mountain places. Views are perfect. A waterfall just a little trek away , and if season , pluck fruits and eat fresh.

Hey, I just updated the review from 4 star to 5 star. I have been to this place 4-5 times. It's a zillion years away from Delhi and quite hard to reach.

However, once we are there, it's never a decision to regret. The best thing about a place is the people who run it. The entire staff is so cordial and helpful that I can't appreciate them enough. Bhavna, Subhraj, the chef's did their best to make us feel at home, and just want to appreciate it here. Missed Uday Singh ji who usually takes me on a walk to Navgaon. Other time.

I am sure, no matter how hard, will reach again sometime. Thanks.

Difficult approach to the estate,car does not go to the estate,can be difficult for the elderly.Situation is good, surroundings beautiful

Amazing serene peaceful place to stay and spend time with nature. True to its name "Itmenaan".

Food was amazing. We also did a picnic lunch to the waterfall. Bit steep but we were able to do it. The guide was very careful and took good care of kid during the trek. All the staff members are attentive and polite.

Reaching the property location can be bit tricky as it's not exactly as per Google maps but Amit Ji was calling every hour to guide us the way.

Govind Ji was waiting for us in the parking to pickup the luggage and get our vehicle parked.

Overall a relaxing and calm place to stay with good people around to serve you with tasty and healthy food.

Very good place. Secluded and really silent in the lap of Himalayas. Staff is very cooperative. Variety in food should be improved as options are limited. Otherwise a nice experience if you just want to be with your innermost thoughts.

Visited this place in mid december, very beautiful location amazing Himalayan view and nice hospitality. Just to mention that this place is quite far from Almora and around 10 min off road walk is required to reach to location but it's worth.
