Poor service, they don't even know the word customer service, I was staying in dormitory as I travel alone, the manager woke me up in the middle of night and told me to shift to their another hotel because he has taken a booking of 4 persons. Never opt for this hotel.

The worst ever hotel I have visited in my life is samrat hotel no discipline no management very dirty room room walls are being splitted, never response on a call.
