Lebua Lucknow, Saraca Estate

One of the very beautiful boutique hotels in Lucknow. The architecture and built is great and of the Nawabi style. It has three restaurants in the compound catering to all possible cravings.

The compound itself is very artistic and one can choose a corner and wind down to relax.

Special mention of the exotic breakfast spread. I would eagerly wait for breakfast to be served each day after hitting a run.

Really impressed with the staff who were very courteous and helpful throughout the stay.

Although the stay was Good. And the Breakfast was awesome 👌 ( specially Mutton Nihari ❤️ ) , the only thing which I don't like that by mistake I misplaced my keys and at last they charged me some 300 rupee, this money doesn't matter at this point , but the overall thing is that charging for a misplaced key is not logical. And literally in this situation I found that this property's manager and some staff was little rude to me. Overall the stay was Good and I hope you will work on yourself after reading this.

Not trusting or staying at this property ever again!

They served us chicken spring rolls and claimed it was paneer after their own staff said they don’t put paneer in spring rolls

For a vegetarian eating non veg is out of the question. And then not apologising

Gave us a room where we couldn’t sleep and so much noise was coming from the restaurant and driveway

I was exhausted after catching a morning flight and it’s 11 am and the noise is still on

Absolutely disgusted !!

The hotel is great, no doubt in that.
But the reception staff needs to be more professional.
We reached there by 1pm, they made us wait till 3:30 pm to give us our room.
Initially they tried giving us a different room, smaller and cheaper room hoping we will not notice ( very unprofessional of the front desk staff.) So please check and confirm what category rooms you have booked otherwise they might adjust you in a different room

Must stay at Lebua for world class experience. Service at its best. That day was my anniversary they even arranged a beautiful cake for us.

Centrally located hotel with very nice ambience. All the sights seeing spots are within 10-15 min by drive. Service was okay. The rooms were small and had lot of flies in the bathroom. Swimming pool was good but no warm water facility and the water was really chilled. Overall as per my experience 3 starts for the hotel.

I don't even have words for lebua, it was hands down the best "hotel" I've ever stayed at. It was peaceful, calm and the staff extremely supportive. It is an amazing place for a silent weekend retreat was there's not much hassle and keeping in mind that it was earlier a house for the British officials it also isn't very modernized so perfect for relaxation. The staff was kind enough to mail me important papers which I forgot there which is a quality rarely found. So please whenever in Lucknow go at stay at lebua

Serene place to eat out in a cozy ambiance.
You'll get variety of awadhi and continental cuisines here. Try their chef's special. This place may not be pocket friendly but definitely will give satisfaction with the vibe you will have here.
