OYO 64667 Sheetal Guest House

Really not recommended.. it’s worst experience .. so many issues with OYO and guest house..
OYO do not have updated contact number, shared contact number was not reachable. When I approached OYO team for contact number, OYO team was offering a another hotel.. strange response. Not updated on google map, it took us 1 km away from the actual place.
When we checked in, receptionist asked us to pay extra payment for 3rd bed but wherein we had already paid for 2+1. It took 1 hour to sort out in between OYO and hotel. Ideally room can accommodate only 2 persons. Guest house do not have in-house kitchen but we have to order to particular restaurant only (monopoly). Hot water facility was not up to the mark. We booked room for two nights, but after asking for to clean the room house keeping did not clean it.
After facing so many issues, receptionist asked us to give good review.. So not recommended at all.

7th jan20 check inn after 2 hours at morning 2am of their confusion they gave rooms to somebody. Next day morning owner lady Sheetal started demanding triple amount saying season time today. After complaint to OYO she stop. No chair, no any table to keep small or big luggage, poor condition cupboard with whisky used bottles were there. We requested her but this shameless lady not done anything & given 1 same towel in 2 person for 3 days. On top of that she demanded for breakfast amount said was not included . But OYO booked our hotels with breakfast. Had very poor service & OYO has cheated us & this lady is very very bad person in hotel industry doesn’t know anything about hospitality industry running hotel of 25 rooms with 4/5 own home people does cleaning, booking , check inn checkout who are not literate. Had tough time & horrible experiences. Doesn’t recommend this hotel & OYO.

One of the worst place to stay. They charged us 7000 rs for one night n single room. Room was actually of students. Almari was full of mess. No attached toilet bathroom. Uncleaned room.
No separate towel for separate person. Staff is really disgusting. Money is only their moto.

Very bad experience. Please don't go there.
After payment owner changed his attitude and no services provided as they said.

Owners are unprofessional. They are changing rooms very frequently. Security doesn't return. Cleaning is very poor. Dogs are roaming in PG. Food quality
is too poor.

I will give this 0 stars they have no manners at all how to talk to the person please a great request don't take the room in it firstly they will speak you very good but when they take your money they will start showing there true faces really a horrible experience no management in bathroom cockroaches are found and after complaining no action instead of saying that they are saying dony complain for silly things 😠😡🤬
