Good things: A) all rooms have AC, let-bath with western toilet, electric geyser, tv. B) doublebed with mattressand pillow. C) Good flooring (tiles but also marble in common area) D) Small garden and a hall for small gatherings. E) on complaints, staff tried to listen to us and added few bulbs in rooms.
Bad things: A) all bathroom have one window which is permanent open without exhaust, covered with thin grill with pigeon wings and droppings.
B) Even light holders in ceiling are filled with pigeon droppings.
C) Not a single room kept clean. You can find lot of dust on everything. On TV, bed windosill etc. Few rooms have sofa covered in dust not cleaned and without covers.
D) sunmica is peeling of in most of the furniture making it hazardous for children..
E) chairs provided were filled with spilled food, made my new white kurta so dirty that I can't use it anymore.
F) door locks of all rooms are week and can be broken easily. Because just a chitkani is provided.
G) On complaint, staff not able to clean toilets.
H) they charged us with 3 star hotel charges. And as soon as we paid them the hotel staff told us that you should have gone to a 5 star hotel if you have that much problem here.
Verdict: If managed properly, this hotel can be a good place to stay. As per current situation of hotel,: Rs 400 /- per room per night should be right price.

It's a waste of money. They show nice and attractive pictures of rooms online on OYO but once you check in you will find the walls dampened with moisture and leaking bathrooms. Even remotes of TV and AC are not provided to customers, once the bell boy switches on the appliances then he takes the remotes with him. Pathetic staying experience and very unprofessional staff. If it would've been possible I'd have not given even 1 star. Do not book this place.

After arriving at hotel room I found it entirely different as shown at oyo site. Very poor facilities, even basic facilities not available like tv not working, Room is very untidy, bed is broken and supported with bricks, geaser not working, bathroom fittings are broken, could not sleep whole night due to mosquitoes and small insects. Worst experience of hotel yet, not expeted this from OYO very disappointed ☹️

Worst experience with this hotel. staff not listen to anyone. Please don't ever book this hotel whenever you are in Jhansi, I am telling this from my personal experience. I booked it from OYO but hotel owner forced us to cancel the booking from OYO App and I do so and after that they was not giving any good service. Take money for AC room but AC and tv was not working and Food Quality soooo bad. Before we were living the hotel owner argued. Please stay in this hotel.

I stay in this hotel and find the services very poor, hotel room are very small, no window, linens are dirty, washroom are dirty, geeser don't working, telephone dead, ac stops working again and again, tv have only free to air channels and it also stop working in the night but I will say the staff behaviour is nice every time they don't misbehave you this makes me satisfying

Few points to note here 1. OYO is highly deceptive on the part of rating and loading photos of this place
2. My room in the hotel was like a B Grade movie set...Hopeless lighting with worn down walls, worst upholstery and even worse sanitary fittings
3. Location of the hotel is so bad that if one is supposed to leave for gwalior/delhi from here he/she has to make is way thru total old town traffic
All in all if you are an avid bugchaser and love to live in an un-sanitary environment....This is your place to be.....Else if you had no other choice apart from this hotel.....Hard luck

It was third class hotel.i never stayed in this type of hotels in my life. I never recommended anyone to stay their. First of all Oyo should check the hotel condition before booking. Further, Staff behaviour of hotel was very bad, bathroom smells something very unpleasant it may be never clean for a month s. I never forget that smells. Ac,TV and other equipments not working. I never sleeps over the night. There also some liquor party going on another room . Originally I was planned to left the hotel at 5 am but I left at 2.30 am.

This hotel is pathetic and not recommended for family. Hotel staff is uneducated and they don't know how to deal with customers. Toilets are very dirty not cleaned for long time. Empty beer and wine bottle found in every rooms. Used candoms are found near to beds.
Find below good and bad things we observed there.
