While the food quality & valet services are good, the same cannot be said about the restaurant services. We had made a prior reservation for a table for 4 on a Saturday only to arrive and be kept waiting for some table to be vacated for 20 minutes. The suited guys and girls 'managing' the restaurant were suggesting that we move to the bar which seemed a poor ploy to divert us. I also saw people without prior reservations who arrived after us being offered a table before us! Familiarity does have its benifits! Ultimately we were guided to a table for 8 when our requirement was for a table for 4! A sheer waste of meagre resources at peak hours. The waiters were polite & courteous but the same can't be said about the managerial staff. We were brought two different dishes which weren't ordered by us by 2 different waiters who seemed confused between tables and overwhelmed by the numbers.
Tip : Making a prior reservation is no guarantee for timely allocation of a table. Punctuality isn't their forte.
The property seems to be brazenly thriving on the niche it has carved because of it's uniqueness & exclusivity!

Want to party at a fancy site, this is the place... Hotel Harmony Inn located near the Bus Depot, so there no difficulty to get here or to from here (Easily Approachable)... Has the services like Restaurant, Bar, Rooms, Parking, etc. About the Restaurant, the dim lighting gives the restaurant a nicer look, comfortable chairs and sofas, appropriate staff for service, the sound system for the music, etc... Talking of the Barrel the Bar, a nice decoration with lights, comfortable chair and sofas, music system, smoke room, and a plus point here is that you can enjoy the restaurant and bar together by ordering the food from the Restaurant and sit in the bar IF SOMEONE WANTS TO DRINK and not sure if vice versa is possible or not... About the Menu, the price of the food items are according to the place. In my opinion the place is overpriced to eat. The good part is the that the menu has limited dishes that most of us like... Service is good, they just take a lot of time to get you the order, so order and in mean time click the photos... You can reserve your tables for your special evening there. You can bring Family on Dinner, Friends for Partying, Partner for a Date and for celebrating the Birthday and Anniversaries... Restroom facilities, lift facility are available... The Building is full of Selfies and photogenic areas, where you want to click you just need to select the lighting and background...

Surprisingly good food across the cuisine. Ambience is quite good. Staff is very helpful and pays attention. Crowd is mixed, not to good not too shaby. Worth a visit with friends and family. Valet parking is available, though for self parking you might end up parking in front of adjacent buildings on a busy day.

Bad experience. Dirty rooms. Bathroom didn't work. Shower come with hot water. Changed rooms 3 times in 3 days. There was a wedding season going on, so many drunkards knocked on my door. Teasing me. Not safe.

Very well located and a nice property. They need to work on their rooms, provide ventilation and replace dirty and damp carpets. The Complementary Breakfast is very mediocre.

I have my ring ceremony event at Harmony Inn “petals”. Sorry to say I had my worst experience with them. The decoration we agreed upon was different, power shut down 3 times in our event which was so embarrassing and the room we got complementary was so bad that it was stinking a-lot. They gave us the sickest room in their hotel.
