Flagship Hotel Royal Pavilion

Stayed here for 4 days. TV was missing. Inspite of informing reception to clean the room no action was taken. Sheets were not changed. The location is in a filthy area with a narrow road full of potholes. The only advantage is it is a 20 minute walk to the ghat. There are no good eateries in the area.

Far from temple👎, thus very difficult to go to ganga ghat 😰😰🥵🥵kashi temple😰😰🥵🥵, not at all advisable😡👺, better not to book rooms here, staff are very rude 👹👎👎👎👎

Not preferable location for stay, but transport acces is good at any time

My checkin experience itself was worse. Worst hospitality and customer obsession. Unhygienic linen, room, washroom. They asked me to pay remaining amount by cash. I said I will pay online in the Oyo app they said it'll take time to settle up the payment. So I said I will pay through my credit card they said I'll charge 2.5% charge on the payment. I mean seriously you guys want to have payment directly into your account and not allowing customer to pay online in the app also. Lastly I had no option. But overall not recommended to anyone

Paid 1300₹ for a day, it's not worth. There's not even a single window in any room, camod is so conjusted that can not sit properly, location is not good. Did hotel TV recharge by my own.

They took ₹600 just for 3 hrs late check-out. See other hotel, you will get many good hotel for same price.

Zero customer obsession,unhygienic area,least bothering staff except one.
Good for first booking through Oyo as the charges would be as minimum as Rs 399.
Doesn't worth for more as there are many other good options if you are paying around Rs 700 to 1000 on prime location.

A.C was working fine and the room was in good condition as well.

People at reception are really very good. But they did not supplied food because their kitchen was not working during covid. Room was sanitised clean and safe. If you are going there having a meal plan included please call first or there you will have to face problem. Otherwise everything is great. It is at distance from girijaghar chauraha and road is single lane. it gets very congested during daytime. Auto-Rickshaw will take ₹10/- per person from girijaghar to hotel. And its a couple friendly hotel.

First of all, he allowed late night checking. thank you for that! But when we entered the room, the room looked very dirty. There was a lot of hair sticking out on the bed. Bad smell was coming from the bed. The bathroom/washroom was very small.
