I organized an Event they provide Excellent service well organized Venue. Management is very polite now. Rooms are fully loaded with amenities. The staff is very nice The outdoors of the house and the common areas are beautiful The location and the view are perfect.

Attended a office seminar there. It hosts a big banquet which is beautiful and alluring. The service staff is courteous and respectful. Though they could be a little better dressed. There was uniform but it was dirty.
The food was not up to the mark. It was tasteless and bland. A lot of variety but not good taste.
Located at prime location with ample parking space for upto 15 cars.

We have also executed a set of house rules to maximise safety and hygiene, which include adherence to social distancing, usage of masks, temperature checks, regular sanitisation, reduced seating, digital/contactless solutions, etc.

We are ensuring adherence to all governmental rules and regulations, to optimise safety and curb the spread. We request all guests to keep themselves updated on the travel policies and government issued protocols of the destinations that they are planning to visit. We will not be able to accept any reservations or check-ins that are in conflict with the prevalent regulations at the time of your travel and stay

Loved the room, aesthetically wonderful and relaxing. Their room service is excellent and they offer good coffee and breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and lot of space to move around and with a window.
We usually stay after our work! It is located on Marris road - so easily accessible, safe and everything is available at the hotel.

I would have given minus points if i had the option,Short on staff,Unorganised,No wifi,No car parking,Vague Promises,Rooms given on separate floors for families.And don’t get me started on The room key issue, they give you one key to turn the power on. However if you have to use lift then again you can only access through keycard. Which was horrible experience. Bcz whenever one uses lift they have to either take the keycard and that will result in room having no power. That caused massive problems bcz when the keycard is being used for the lift then the guest in room stay without power supply. Furthermore, is uniquely absurd , that the room doors get automatically locked from outside with all ours luggage inside and the key stops working sharp at 12pm. Which means no u are left with keycard which does not work to open the room nor u can use the same key to use the lift. Ultimately u end up roaming in the corridor and helpless. It was a horrible experience. Spend some money hire more staff, when u charging guest load of money then make the stay is value for money. Improve technology.

This is a wonderful place to stay at aligarh.all staff were helpful and supportive. The food is good and the rooms are excellent...

Overall its a good place.
