So much messy and full of dirty ness is there. They providing just a room with roof for stay thats what i can say in one line. Too much high prices they charged from customers . Even there is no water facility in the room available even a single bottle of water. There is no dustbins and other necessities available for customers. Room and all thier all the decor and area full of dirtyness and mosquitos 🦟. You can't got satisfied with so much expensive price with such a bad experience.

My experience was not so good. Rooms are OK and services us very slow. Parking is not available which is a big concern. Good part is price is very cheap just 800 for 1 night. So if you don't want to spend much for accommodation it's a very good option.

I have booked a Hotel for Stay at 09:00 pm, with booking ID FPTR4890, At the time of booking there were no rules shown but after the booking the hotel won't allowed me checking saying that its lockdown from 10:00 pm to 06:00 am. My booking got cancelled and I got ZERO refund. I have booked same hotel offline at 11:30 pm and paid amount in cash, they allowed me for check in. Worst Customer care support and corrupt staff thats what I can say about OYO. I highly recommend not to use OYO stays. Rather go to the Hotel and Pay them in Cash You will get better deal than App with no rules.

I have booked Adarsh plaza with booking ID FTTP6886 3oct. Hotel won't allowed me check in saying required RTPCR Report. Without Report u can check in with extra amount. And cancelled the oyo booking. I told them both me and my partner are double dosed vaccinated. Rule only for guest staff nd owner corrupt. Total hotel staff not wear mask. Nothing checking temperature. Owner says Go and do many complaints as you want. I have videos proof my conversation. Don't knows fully controlled by oyo or not. I am traveler I have many booking other state same rules but this hotel owner and staff behaviour so rudely.
