Capital O 64299 Hotel Suncity

The Most worst hotel i had ever seen in my life.
1.Staff and receptionist behaviour is so rude.
2.Don't expect hot water in winter for shower.
3. You will not found any body on reception before 7.00 a.m.
4. Hence Capital- O i dont know how it got capital-o category, No oyo shower kit just gave a small soap.
5. Demanded extra payment after doing 100% advance payment due their rude behaviour i had done that extra payment.... i was came to know all rooms are same.

this one is the worst experiance.... the whole hotel is dislike not suitable for any buisness traveller.

Stay was good...
Good location ,Best parking facility but overall open parking with dust full..

Stop behaviour nice but some member are not full trained like hospitality...
This is marriage hall so noise create in room when any partis... Etc.
And no any chair provide me.Room No. 109(Bathroom door not closed both side.

I have requested to hotal owner please improve some points...

Overall hotal are good for stay
And birthday parties, wedding anniversary and other parties...

It is a traditional OYO i.e. for Couples. Only couples come here. No cleanliness. Charged extra.

All facilities are superb in this place except for the rates as when it shoes 700 in Oyo app they ask for 50% more if you are traveling with your partner, they say for couple you have to pay 700+50% of 700 means ₹1050, rather than that there is a smooth stay and superb facilities and cleanliness.

Overall facilities was good,but during booking the charges for 2 guests was 850/- and on hotel we had to pay 1280/-.

They demand more money on Oyo price , the charged 450/- extra . Other thing is good bt money prblm

Pour sarvise, room quality is very bad, ,,, Extra charges,& geejar not available 2 times payment calected

Worst place to stay at, the staff is rude, the place is totally unhygienic and they charge extra and misbehave with the customersm
The food served is raw and stale.
Highly unrecommended.
