OYO 7473 Krishna Galaxy

The OYO Krishna Galaxy is located just 600m away from Kanpur Central Railway Station in Nayaganj or New dal mandi area. The room was clean but there were bit peice of hair on bed. Both room and washroom was small according to price. They provided us an OYO shoap and shampoo that was a good thing. We order daal and rice but quality of food was not good. There is lift as well. Overall stay was satisfactory but not the price that we had to pay for it.

Hotel Could not be dirtier. Encompassing the essence of Kanpur, the red (PAN Masala Spit) could be found each corner of the hotel. Rooms were so good that spiders made their home permanently there in the corners of the room. The level of hospitality was so good that when I asked the the person at the reception to get the gift bedsheet and pillow cover changes or change my room, he simply said the we have this only. With there were .00001 star as well and I would have given this hotel Even below that. Woooow Oyo. What a service . Looks like you don’t care how the property is. Oh, you are getting overseas right, why the hell you will care about home.
FYI, when I said that I will pay through the app to OYO, without any hesitation he asked me to either pay on the desk or do not check in.

The property was not properly maintained. Rooms and bathroom was stinky. The bedsheet and blankets was dirty. Taps were leaking. It was in a busy market just outside of the Kanpur Central railway station. Staff was untrained and unmannered. They don't know how to check a booking and is the booking confirmed.

You will get rooms with mosquitoes, cockroaches and a moist foul smell. Adjust yourself in the bathroom if you can. And there is always a payment issue if you book online through OYO app. Enjoy your stay!

Worst experience with OYO. I booked this hotel through OYO for Rs. 1009 two days before Check in. On reaching hotel, they told they won't accept Online Payment. I told OYO about this, they didn't responded well, i. agreed to pay them cash. Then they asked me to cancel the booking and rebook. I had an exam due to which wasn't left with any options but to book the same hotel again for much higher price of RS. 1470. Very dissaponting to see the quality of hotel. Niether the small dirty rooms of hotel was worth RS. 1400 nor the behavior of staff was professional.
