Hotel Santosh Palace

Had booked a room at Santosh (anything but) "Palace" for my family member via oyo cc. It was an early checkin and as informed by cc the charges were to be between 0-30% of the rate and when he checked in he was asked for 70% by the duty manager, saying the rates that oyo books the rooms for is way too less! (as if someone holds a gun to their head) and even upon asking multiple times no receipt was provided.
The room had a choked wash basin and a non working television. Upon calling reception multiple times no solution was provided and was reminded that the room rate that was paid is too low!
At the time of checkin he was promised a complimentary breakfast on th second day which was also cancelled due to..........you guessed it, low room rate.
And to top it all he received a message in the afternoon that you have to shift to another property as this one is now offline (sorted after talking to cc), imagine the mental condition of the guest after all this.
Avoid them like a plague if you want a decent peaceful stay..

Worst rooms with lack of basic amenities. Doors didn't lock properly, towels and bathing items were missing , AC does not work. Cleanliness and hygiene is nowhere seen. I felt embarrassing having family stay here in 14 rooms. Staff do not cooperate.

Worst hotel, worst room and room service I’ve ever experienced in my life… manner less and rude staff… unhygienic room, bathroom and even corridors of the hotel. Room doesn’t have locks on the door and forget that you will get any in your bathroom.. hotel staff force you to be a bathroom singer if you are staying with your family or friends… they put the phone receiver in the room but without the wire so you can’t call the room service… for god sake if you book your room through the OYO then you are gone buddy coz maybe before booking you have applied some coupons and some discounts and you get room in 500 bucks or so then they will put you in room which is just besides their trash dumping area which will maybe in front or besides your room… in case you complain then then their staff will say “ itne paise mein itna hi milega isse acha room chahiye to 2000 deke isse acha room le leejiye…

WORST EXPERIENCE WORST HOTEL NEVER STAY IN IT! PERIOD

Worst Hotel, No management, No hospitality, No service, No cleaning, U have to live with foul smell, Staff behaviour iw very low level,

I had booked this hotel for my family through MakeMyTrip, even though the booking was prepaid the manager denied to have any booking at first,
Then when we called customer care they said the booking is there but we will not accept it because booking is done for less price and this is weekend price is high. Even when MMT customer executives spoke to them on call they didn’t agreed and asked for 2200₹ more. Also we found that they had marked us checked in already on the evening even before we arrived there. It was late night and it was all mess to find a new hotel with family. Not recommended at all.

Hotal staff not for good room not clean location is very bad room service very bad

It was a life threatening experience, the geyser fell off the wall and the hotel staff didn't even fix it, neither they gave us a different room. Nobody came to clean. Terrible hotel
