To be very honest it's a place which is very centrally located in Mathura. Mathura Bus stand and railway station are nearby. Now let's come to service now. The problem what I experienced here I spent one night here is that it's management is not trained in hospitality management. They're not professional. They don't know how to deal with guests. Room service is very poor. A lot of mosquitoes are there in the room. No water no wecome drink is served to the customers. You will feel as if you are not welcome here. I wouldn't recommend this at all please search for other options. You will repent if you stay here. If the owners of this place want to grow in this business they must learn hospitality business first.
