Good : Staff was good. They were very respectful , from the security to the housekeeping staff. Service part was good and no delays.

Cons: Located opposite a wine shop, nuisance at times
AC in the common area was not working
AC in rooms was also not very effective
Noise heard in the rooms as they were renovating
Pool is small. Gym was decent size
Breakfast is repetitive

Full value for money. Except few drawbacks, which can be overlooked considering many other things which matter the most.To start with positives:1)Service is excellent, except 2 incidents which I will mention below.2)Room, beds and bathroom are decent with 4 star category.3)The entire property is neat and clean.4)Breakfast is tasty though choice of items is limited. Service in dining area also great. Chef was ready to prepare items as per our taste.Now let me mention what went wrong, which can be ignored but worth mentioning for the benefit of fellow prospective guests and as a feedback to the property manager for improvement.1)When we were checking in, the lady at the front desk was rough. We went early as had requested for early check-in but she refused and her tone was harsh. We asked her to cancel our booking due to her behavior. Surprisingly, she immediately said OK as she seemed having no concern for the loss of business. 2)Second day when we were to check out, there was no hot water. I called reception but even after waiting for 30 minutes I took shower with luke warm water (good for health).This review will be incomplete unless I mention one special person, Mr Gyan Pandit, who made our stay in the property very comfortable and memorable. In fact when we were about to cancel the booking, he called the front desk and asked to allow early check in and to provide a room with better bed.Excellent property in its class. Highly recommended. I have given full points as, I mentioned above, for me slight deviation does not matter.

It's is very nice hotel. Total value for money. Hotel is quit silent and excellent place for business travellers. All necessary services available for a business guests. Hotel staff is very polite and humble. If you are looking for a place to stay in quite and silent room, then definitely this hotel is for you.

Everything is just awesome about this hotel and I frequently stay here in this hotel. All the staffs are cooperative being at reception or house keeping or room dining. But I am posting this as I really I want to complain about Mr. MANISH who doesn't know how to talk and behave also and whenever I cal him to book a room he asks me to stay some where else. Is it so that I am not paying money. This kind of behavior is not allowed in hotel.

Staff behaviour is like one star hotel. No smile no courtesy. Both male n female staff are alike.
Thats job of good hotels.

Early check in at 0900 hrs 2000 rs. But if you check out early its your problem.

I stayed here for 4 nights as I was there for AutoExpo 2023.
Room was very clean with all amenities.
Food was of very good quality and breakfast had decent variety.
I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here as I had read not very good reviews on Google.
Great value for money, no complaints.

Overall a very satisfactory and pleasing stay. rooms are clean, staff at every stage starting from reception is very cooperative and prompt response. Food quality is very good. Nice breakfast. Valet parking is available.

We stayed for 3 nights and had two rooms. shower was broken in of the rooms which got fixed the next day.
Be very carefull with the food at this place. It's a hit or miss, While their breakfast offering was good, we got sick from some of their lunch. When we raised the issue while checkout, the staff was not helpful One person in particular Mr Gyan Pandit had his marbles all of over the place and got very rude to a point where he speculated if we got sick from the lunch in the hotel.
Very poor behaviour, wasn't worth our time.

If I could I would give negative stars on the behaviour alone. Won't recommend.
