OYO 19629 Royal Stay Inn

It's just okay... negatives - Expected clean sweeped and mopped room but no they don't know how to clean room, no tv recharge, very dirty bed sheets, no towel or basic accessories provided...positive - easy to locate, paid through oyo app found no problem there, I was not charged extra, AC was working, locality is good, you can go out to have dinner

False promise, He assured to Drivers comfortable stay , after bookings he demanded to pay full in advance, then after one hour refused to give any accommodation for driver and asked to charge , provide a bedding. Not taking any online booking.
This hotel is only for short stay people. Actually he didn't deserve any star

It's a pathetic hotel to stay, poor n cheap behavior of staff, no charging point near bed, even dorms are having good staff as compare to this oyo staff. No towel, no soap provided. I'll suggest never ever stay here,plz guys save ur time n money as well.....

Location is not bad, But when talk about money they denies to provide room at the price oyo offers, They asked around 2.5-3 times money of that. I have no choice so I gave them their money as they demand. Room is good but they don't have any electricity back-up, only inverter they have so you can't use AC on electricity cut. And that morning at 6-7 inverter discharged and then I have no power supply in my room. I checked out room next morning in almost dark room

The only good thing about the stay is location, rooms are poorly maintained, room service is bad, you have to call out multiple times to get one thing done.

There were stains all over bedsheet and pillows.

Stayed here since I was out of options as my flight was delayed.

Not to be recommended to any one. Should be removed from Booking listnothing.I was having a confirmed booking and made the part payment also well in advance but denied room on arrival reason being rooms sold out. On paying instant cash of more than actual tariff, I got a room in the same hotel. Staff were rude and not at all cooperative. Breakfast also not available at 9.15 am. The worst stay of my life.

Very bad management. Extra charge taken on counter otherwise payment not refund. Very very bad place for stay. Staff behavior very bad👎👎👎

One of the worst services provided by oyo… totally irresponsible room service…
We were charged the full amount and provided with the less rooms than requested.
Definitely not suggesting this room to any one
