Treebo Trend Om Residency - Hotel in Jhansi

Last minute saviour!
They accomodated us along with our pets for an overnight pitstop in Jhansi. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Room service was good and the location of the hotel is also quite great. Great value for money, and amazing people who helped us out when other reservations cancelled on us.

I am a frequent traveller. I booked this hotel contacting treebo booking online.
1. Booking experience - 5 star (easy and fast)

2. Om residency - old property taken by treebo, once you enter floor looby u can notice foul smell and needs maintenance.

3. Room - Not the best, however not bad aswell 3 star

4. Food and breakfast - No inhouse kitchen breakfast they offer only bread butter and nothing else. -1 ⭐

So booking this hotel only for room better than booking with inclusion of breakfast.

Worst experience here. Washroom is not maintained properly. English washroom without jet spray. Shower wasn't working properly.

Room like Good But A.C. is not proper working and Toilet water issue Bat issue water pressure is to slow wait for come water with presure service is also to slow

Don't know who declared it a 3 star hotel. It should be called a lodge. Cctv are for showcase. In case something happens they will make excuses to not sure footage. Services are worse. AC was not working half of the time. They will cut electricity frequently. Receptionist were rude and non-responsive. Very small place to do any functions. Very badly managed.

Great hotel. Offer a good room service. It looks a little bit small from outside but it is awesome from inside. Rooms are also good

Visited in Oct 21. Very basic hotel with poor amenities. Dirty room, bed, bathroom. Not recommended even for one night. They do not have proper window in the room. Just one open gala which they covered with the curtain to give window effect. Very pathetic hotel.
