Radisson Lucknow City Center

Reaching there may take a bit time due to the traffic but overall it was good. 10-12 cars can be parked at Max without any trouble hence I would keep it in decent catagory. Rooms are clean, odour free and fresh. Services were good enough. No complaint as such but there's always room for improvement. I would suggest one should go for it and I'm sure one would enjoy the stay.

i stay in radisson lucknow city center hotel. my stay was very comfortable and amazing. the bedroom was bery nice and maintain cleanliness. ambience of hotel is beautiful and the staff is bery cooperative. there services are fast and the one is my favourite is that the breakfast was super yummy and have different varieties. i will stay here again soon. thank you radisson for make my stay memorable.yusra

The whole property, staff and food were great here. We stayed here for just one day but it was really a great experience. The hospitality, and the all staff were good in terms of behaviour and taking care of their guests. Keep these standards high.Location is perfect for those willing to buy lucknawi chikankari stuff.Tunde kababi is also very near.

I had a decent stay at the Radisson Lucknow. I would like to share my experience. This was my third stay at a Radisson property. Had always felt awesome with the hospitality and the standard they always set. Let me share with you some main Pros and Cons I noticed at this property.Pros: 1) Location is very nice, in the heart of the city. 2) Very polite and helpful behaviour of staffs and room service people.3) Room was decently spacious, neither too large, nor too small.4) Toilet was very neat and clean as expected. 5) Breakfast was nice, taste as usual was awesome. 6) Got early checkin, for which I am grateful to the reception staffs. 7) Room service was prompt. They were fast at service.Cons: Something I never expected, the carpet in the room was very bad. Not only the room, rather the gallery outside the room had same dirty carpet.The first impression that we got as soon as we entered the room was as if the carpet has not been cleaned since ages, but this is something unacceptable from a hotel that is so renowned. While the location is prime, the services, amenities and stay experience is definitely not what you'd expect from a Radisson. The lights, switches and flush were defective. the booking was for 2 but the housekeeping definitely had to be told so, to give an extra glass or refill the towels. We didn't take the breakfast add on option but the ala carte breakfast was never right (a plate of toasts has 4 but only 2 came in), I'm not even starting with its taste and quality. it is quite unfortunate to see such a famous luxury chain with so poor experience.

Amaging experience, i think its one of the best Hotel in Lucknow. Everything is perfect but special eye catcher is Rahul on Receipt and Zeiban in house keeping. food is very tasty and specially the swimming pool view. Great experience.

My experience at the hotel was extremely wonderful. The hotel staff is helpful especially Miss Jyoti at the front desk. She is doing a great job.

First of all Uber and Ola does not have much connectivity in Lucknow so have to wait atleast 20 to 30 mins many a times, to avoid this we need to catch a rickshaw. The first day itself the Hotel staff started making faces seeing us getting down a rickshaw... this thing went on increasing and in front of us these staff were looking at us with wierd looks and pointing fingers towards us and talking within themselves. Second day i thought to escalate this to the senior management there, just to learn that their management guy said you cannot come in our hotel in rickshaw and you need to get out of the rickshaw before the hotel main gate and come walking, and while saying thus he was also extremely rude. Never seen this type of compulsion from any hotel in the past. My family was with me and the city was new to me so I kept quiet, but I would say worst experience ever.
