It was a good hotel once upon a time, but not after the pandemic ended. The management is poor. At a recent event, the whole valet area was filled with cars, with no one to manage them. Took 20 minutes to get out of the hotel. Only two restaurants are operational. Food is good. View is excellent.

This hotel is located far from the airport which takes almost 1 hr to reach and situated at a good location. The rooms are very huge but the curtains are roman blinds and have a gap between the sheer and the blinds and have to be cautious all the time as people from outside can peep into it , same goes with the washroom . There is no point of having a beautiful bath tub when you can't bath peacefully thinking of our safety. The food is not up to mark as i feel they serve the same food which they serve during lunch and the same goes with dinner . The staff are very polite and excellent.

Had a wonderful stay at The Park Hyderabad.
1. The rooms are massive, but had a musty smell.
2. The staff are wonderful and always willing to go the extra mile.
3. The restaurant is wonderful and offers a massive selection.
4. A major drawback is that they usually have some live event going on near their pool area and can get a tad noisy in the room till 12 am.

Overall it was a good stay.

The location and design looks attractive. The view of tank bund is beautiful from the terrace pool.

The banquet halls are good and spacious. The food isn't good at all, if gone for a marriage or some event. Don't know how the restaurants would provide. Will try sometime.

Honestly this hotel does not even deserve a single star. For starters, it took several hours to be checked in even though we already had our rooms booked. Then we added a 3rd person to our 2 person room and paid the fee required to do so. We were assured that we would get an extra bed for the 3rd person; however, that did not happen until I called the reception several times to remind them of their job. Once we do get the extra “bed” as promised when we paid, we got a really thin mattress but were told by the room service staff that there is an actual foldable bed available only after we complained enough about the mattress. This indicates that someone who does not know any better would have just accepted the thin mattress with no knowledge that there is an extra bed available for the cost paid. Secondly, at complimentary breakfast the next morning, my aunt got coffee in a cup that had lipstick stains on it suggesting the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at this hotel. Thirdly, there is no written policy that no outside follow is allowed and the rooms are only occupied with a refrigerator with no microwaves. Upon requesting the dining services, the reception desk, and talking to the manager, we were told that the hotel’s policy is not to reheat any outside food. When I demanded that I see this policy in fine print, I was literally told “I am sorry to say ma’am but we don’t have this policy written out, it is just something we practice on a daily basis”. In my experience, hotels either provide microwaves in the room, reheat the food in rooms with no microwave, or clearly have their policy written out regarding “no outside foods allowed” in every rooms and throughout the hotel. This hotel’s response about not having this policy written out suggests to me that the staff is not trustworthy and being very manipulative. Also, not to mention that during this whole conversation, I was put on hold for several minutes before being hung up on and when I tired to call back several times after that, my call was either disconnected or not answered at all. Needless to say that I will not be staying at this hotel in the future and I will be doing my due diligence in warning my family and friends about not staying at this hotel either. There are several other 5 star hotels in the area who either provide rooms with microwaves or will gladly heat up the customer’s food upon request.

The worst service and hospitality one can experience.
The check in experience was so poor that there were none to locate the room or accompany the guest to show the room or engage our belongings. We had to literally search our room ourselves. To the top is that the key they provided didn’t open the room and v had wait behind the door for a longer time, already check ppl took more than half an hour to hand over the key.
About the rooms, it was spacious room, bt was stinking of cigarette smell, no action taken even after complaining. The bathroom didn’t have a latch and without drying towels and laundry bags weren’t there.
Then comes the room service, we asked for iron box at around 7.30am and it reached us by 9.00am even after reminding thrice in between. How could one me so irresponsible.
The management is neither responsive nor bothered.
The pool is closed indefinitely I guess.
The only heart warming part was the breakfast and dinner buffet which was really good.
Overall certainly not worth for the money you spend. Once a fine hotel and now a long way to be one. Better to avoid for a better experience.

I have no idea why no one has mentioned so far how DIRTY the rooms are. There was mould everywhere in the bathroom and hair in the grouting. It's like the walls of the shower hadn't been cleaned in months. When I first walked in the room I smelt a smoke smell and when it was mentioned to the staff, they told me it was a "damp" smell, not smoke. Maybe they should look at what the "dampness" is doing to the room... maybe that's why this place is mould infested? The phone in the room is so old, and it wouldn't allow me to pick up calls i was receiving from reception. I would pick it up and it it would just keep ringing for another 5 minutes. The towels they gave out were very stained, and that's ok as long as they are clean, but you don't expect stained towels from such a highly rated hotel. The curtains in the room had multiple stains on them too. It was all very disappointing to look at. There was also a lot of little flies, I'm assuming fruit flies roaming the room my entire stay. They wouldn't just be in the "bedroom" but also the bathroom? I was constantly swatting them away. I had such a problem with room service. I would order something and it wouldn't arrive until I asked for it a second and third time, and the staff were just so hard to communicate with. Overall, DO NOT STAY HERE until they clean up their rooms properly for their guests and hire better more understanding staff.

Some positives I do have is the place (lobby / restaurants) were stunning to look at.
The architecture of the Place is probably one of the only reasons I wouldn't give this place a 0. The Food at the Restaurant is very nice as well, I would recommend for everyone, and they were understanding when I told them about my allergies.

It's hard not to set high expectations for The Park when they are currently rated 4.0, and when those expectations are not even closely met. I do have the duty to inform others. Hope this helped you on making a decision about staying at The Park. One thing I also noticed was on google reviews the response from the management team is all the same. This makes me feel like the feedback is not really taken consideration.

Photos attached show the mould in the shower, the hair and mould in the grout as well as on the hinges. The door stopper (clean on a door car from the shower) is for comparison to the mouldy one on the shower. The towel stain is also pictured, as well as two of the many stains on the blinds.
