Lemon Tree Hotel, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

We went to Citrus, the restaurant at lemon tree hotel. Food variety and options were less (as we are vegetarians) and also the dessert options were not that great. Double ka meeta was way too sweet. As a hotel we expect little more variety of veg food as we have in other hotels which are in the same locality.

There lift malfunctioned and went to a floor which was out of service for lift. There the exit of lift was blocked too.

Imagine this happening to someone of older age or any other. The alarm and call also didn't work. Will not make mistake of booking here again. The fact is after all this happened the Manager or staff didn't try to take any measure. They say this sometime happens.

Clean and neat rooms. Very good service and very much in the happening It area of Hyderabad. Decent property. However the TV had white spots and the washbasin does not flush out properly. Overall a great place but can improve with proper Maintenance.

Nice hotel
In GachiBowli. Good rooms; nice staff - good food - but a little away from the main city.
Good choice if you are On a business visit and have a car.

The best part about lemon tree was their staff they were superb and excellent. So helpful and kind. They were genuine really helped me alot . And the stay was comfortable i had fun and enjoyed.
There service was amazing so quick.

This location charges you as per 4 star hotel standards but services provided are not meeting those standards.

1)they have nice pool but the lights in the pool are in broken condition so water turns extremely dark by the evening time

2)room service boys do their job but still rooms are not well maintained after the check out of the prior guest .there has to be deep cleaning done especially below bed areas where we could see dark stains of dust

3)there is no dedicated staff for pool.the ladies changing room's shower room is not draining properly; if you take shower for more than 30 seconds then water starts running all over the changing room

4)hotel is not well equipped to handle big group :there was one big 30+ people who looked like some sort of office staff but they were spilling things everywhere and the breakfast trays were all empty when we wanted to take breakfast (such big group should have been provided with different location /buffet for breakfast)

Also after this insident hotel staff sent us part of breakfast in room but before they sent it they started saying the boy had already come to your room & you didn't open the door (the bell was on and we were so hungry that we wear sitting in the room quietly so even knocking would have worked)

5)we wanted non-smoking room & we wanted to do early check in; we do understand that early check ins can be done only if rooms are available so due to unavailability of room we had to wait.
We waited in a lobby for more than 2 hours and still no staff member informed us about check in procedure.after the check in time was passed we had to go to them and then they started saying : they will provide us "smoking room with air freshener"

We had to wait for another 25mins to get non -smoking room

6)also the menu for food is very tiny - but they provide you the dish of your choice if it is doable for them

7)hot water option works well
