Great rooms. Polite staff. Average food. Good Bar. The ambience is wow. Except food it is at par with Lemon tree premium hotels. Not being bang on the road it provides a quiet and calm surrounding. Indor pool so no issues of scorching sun or rain. I liked my experience here.

I was put up here as part of my business trip with a breakfast included package. Rooms are dimly lit and really not maintained anymore. I am not sure if it is the pandemic that took the toll or not, but dated rooms with wallpaper coming off. On the last night I stayed here found a cockroach as well as mosquitoes. To be perfectly honest, all that I was doing was sleeping in the bed for 6-7 hours due to the hectic nature of my trip. I also lost electricity in my room for 10-15 mins on my first night and had to call the front desk to have it fixed. The breakfast buffet spread is pretty much the same every day and is actually very good and delicious and with a lot of variety for any decent hotel of this size. I believe this is a preferred hotel for corporates since that's whom you find most on any day given its proximity to the Financial district and HiTec city. I wouldn't write it off completely but had this property been a little well maintained, it would really be an icing on the cake. The location is brilliant - it's accessible as well as located at the dead-end with zero bustle and very serene mornings. For the price it might be worth it, but definitely not my best experience.

it is more like a 3 star property that has lived its age and its charging money as if they are a very high end 5 star property. service is quite bad. for drinking water had to call 5 times, still it didnt reach my room. for wifi, had to call and visit reception a lot of times myself, but still they didnt sort it for me. i was told they are contact it manager, but it didnt work anytime during my 2 days stay here. house keeping staff doesn't keep fresh towels when they clean the room. one can definitely get better options at the price they are charging.

Very poor hospitality. they are not bothered about customers. we booked two executive suites and one superior room. and planned for a birthday get together as there were no places available. The receptionist convinced us to take the presidential suite instead of two room and I paid extra amount too. Now all of a sudden they say we won't allow guests, who were gng to leave by 10pm. They asked our guest to leave the gifts with them and go back. even big hotels like ITC Hyatt do not show this kind of attitude. they were not even providing glasses or cutlery in the room which a stupid Presidential suite accomodate when we are paying thousands. We had done no disturbance to anyone. they wanted only 4 people to stay in such a big place. All of my guests were stopped. we planned to book this place as we have previously planned another party in this year and they were perfectly ok to allow people that time, so proper maintenance of the place Ac dint work. The glasses we requested they said they would provide only if we order drinks. such bad place. I will never again book anything here.

This hotel don’t even deserved to be a single star hotel and the staff feels like five star hotel waste of money no proper food and room. You will be even charged for water glasses 😂. It’s almost 167 rupees for glass and 398 for ice cubes.Don’t get fooled.

Great location and good value for money. Breakfast spread was very nice. Rooms could use a little bit of renovation and brightening up. Friendly and courteous staff.

Staff is courteous. They upgraded us voluntarily as we were a family of 4. The swimming pool and gym facilities are also good. One cannot dive in the swimming pool though. Kids enjoyed the pool. The restaurant there serves tasty food. But for drinks I did not have a good experience with LIIT. However they never billed us for it as we politely requested them to take it away. Overall a very good stay and amidst nice facilities and friendly staff

I have recently stayed at Hotel Ella with my family. We have booked 7 Suite rooms for 2days as it was a family trip, but the stay was really unpleasant. Some of the issues we faced :
1. Worst room maintainance (old towels,mattress & blankets.
2. Dull lighting to cover All repairs works.
3. Reception people are so busy in generating bills & dey don’t even make eye contact while talking.
4. Manager behaves like a stranger not guiding guests.
5. Most important “Rat was roaming in my room” after complaining they have shifted to other room.

I wil never & ever suggest any 1 to visit this place.
