I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First thing is they won't allow you in if you've come from Oyo.(even putting Oyo board at front , Saying we cannot afford this much cheap price and charge you minimum 1200 per night for two people.
The staff is very arrogant , do not react to customer's probelms.
No daily cleaning of rooms
The room and bathroom , bedsheet and pillow covers were not clean
Found hair everywhere in room

They'll charge you for water also.
No Restraunrant, No Complimentary Breakfast
Oyo should remove this hotel from thier list as soon as possible

Management and staff are very badly behavior with me. Me and my husband suffered with this management. And they asking extra payment also. They used very volguer words. Bad bhaviour. Idiots

Even after payment made they alloted room to some other. After great request they adjusted. Paid triple occupancy charges but given double occupancy room. Cheating to public

When I reached the hotel they refused my stay because they said rooms are not available but I clearly saw that there are vacant rooms which hotel boy were cleaning They said no because I booked though the app for less price and they wanted more money

Poor maintainence and asked extra 500 money for entry guven a room with no keys we should call him everytime. No tv and no ac.dont book your room at white ridge victoria memorial for happy stay

The hotel and tge room were decent. I booked througg Oyo rooms app, and they charged me 400 rs extra at time of check in. This is very unprofessional. Also, I asked for an extra towel since the one they gave became wet. The guy at reception at that time wearing a red shirt flatly denied, even after I offered extra money. Looks like he just wanted to throw around his power. Totally unexpected and uncalled for, and a frustrating experience. That said, after I went to ask again after 2 hours, there was another person at reception and he agreed to give me another towel without any questions. Looks like some people are just unreasonable and cranky for no good reason.

Facilities are ok level cannot expect more than that for such low budget... services need to be improved like cleaning, water bottle price is 30 per litre

We didn't give proper response and too change ,and asking extra money in Oyo 590₹ per day. he asked 1300₹ per day
