OYO 49253 Raja Residency

My experience of staying at this hotel for 3 nights is decent. The hotel is just what has been showed in the pictures, nothing has been exaggerated except the lighting.

They have strict check-in timings. So make sure you arrive the hotel only after the check in time. We waited for 2 hrs in the lobby before our check-in.

The bathroom however was disappointing. The water pressure was low. In my friend's bathroom, the toilet seat was broken. She had to go without the toilet seat.

In conclusion, I would recommend this hotel to people who are on a strict budget. It does give you best value for your money. Mostly bachelors and group of friends travelling together can go for it. However, serious couples and families who are looking for strict privacy can try other options other than this.

Very bad smell from the room. Floor was sticky and stinking, bathroom was clean but the aroma was bad it almost took AC to cool the room 4-5 hours. i was given a used towel in room although it was replaced when complained. No soap was avaliable at room they provided on request. no landline. overall bad experience will never vist again.

Great. Ambience is good. Nearby railway stations affordable price. Hassle free check in and check out process hygienic and good co-operative staff. Although a great experience to spend some quality time here. Amazing hotel.

AC Not working properly. TV not recharged. Heavy moquto. No hot water facility. Just a worst hotel. This hotel may use for some other purpose. I saw some unmarried couple may use this rooms for 3/4 hrs.

By provided images we think it will be good and clean , as we entered into the rooms some bad marks on bed sheets and no they provided AC remote but without cells and shower is leaking in bathroom . So I went to reception and asked to change the room they agreed and given another room keys . AC was running TV did not have connection with set top box and same marks on bed sheet sounds from AC and fan very bad in maintaining rooms

The first thing I experienced when I entered the room is there was a bad smell in the entire room and the sheets were so bad no proper washrooms when i asked for an upgrade no proper response was given.I had to wait for an upgrade when there was upgrade in the room even the updated room was so bad in condition then I had to wait for it to clean then again the issues with the room no tv no proper lights…. I want a refund for the inconvenience.

This one among the top worst hotels… receiving is very bad. When you say the booking is from oyo, they look drusrrared . No hygiene, spit on corners of room and blood stains over towels n bed sheets. Pathetic hotel.

Average room. Spacious but not clean bed sheets. Bathroom also not that much clean. Most importantly for a family is not recommended as cigar smoking smell was all over and did not went away. But staff were friendly and cordial.
