Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre

Rooms are good and spacious. Service is before par, looks they're short-staffed. I stayed for a well, and not one day i was assisted with a table at the restaurant. There were no tables available, and no staff to assist. The property campus is huge, hence easy commute outside is a distant possibility, especially for quick-buys or quick-bites. Considering the overall package, experience was very average and not worth the price you pay.

The place is great. However, I don't know if it was a one off thing but the air-conditioning in the room was just not right. It was freezing cold in spite of raising the temperature or even switching it off eventually! The lock of the bathroom wasn't working well and the hinge nuts were loose. So that needs attention by the management. Other than that, the food was great and beds were really comfortable . The staff were very friendly and helpful too. A good place overall which needs slight improvements.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly good and friendly.We loved the Hotel - the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences we could hope for and my wife loved the breakfast service every day! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit

Had a pleasant experience staying here!! Room was clean, well stocked and overall everything in impeccable order. Thing that set apart and made it a pleasant experience was staff's hospitality. They were welcoming, accommodating and went above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

A great place to stay.. Good food and service. Sampa(front office) is great in Kind person and keep you ready for your day.!! Good place for buffet.Employees wear masks, face shields and/or gloves. Additional safety measures during food prep and serving.

Great food and kitchen service by staff. Good variety of food and excellent taste of cakes and sweets. However housekeeping service is a bit slow Overall good experience. Shout out to Sampa for her great attention to detail and hard work.

I recommend the hotel. The rooms are spacious, very neat, clean, fully equipped with the necessary accessories such as an iron, an individual electric kettle. The rooms are remarkably suited for a business trip. The food is very varied, there is a choice of many dishes. The staff is very kind and helpful.

I stayed here for a business visit and the rooms are amazing.. best thing is the breakfast.. their spread is tasty.. they have a variety if breakfast options.. They should improve on keeping proper bathroom kit esp for brushing teeth and body moisturizer. We have to keep calling them to get these stuff. Other thing is the plug point for iron box doesn't exists in the room.. was a challenge to figure it out and I gave up on finding it!
