HOTEL REDLA’S INN

The reception service is pathetic and slow. They have a lenghty checkin and check out process and hot water does not work. They seem to not have generator as well and the lift is extremely slow and does not work sometimes. The drinking glasses they put in my room are made of plastic and are extremely dirty. I asked them to change the glasses and again they gave me dirty glasses.
Even for breakfast once they gave plastic glasses for tea which is very harmful for health as plastic can melt due to the heat of the tea. The wifi also does not work in this hotel and is not worth the money. Even the entrance of the hotel is extremely dirty and has muddy. Better book someplace else and I am sure you can get a decent hotel in less price.

I ordered 2 non-veg items which included mutton roast. These guys delivered something else and the meat was spoiled. Pathetic, stay away from ordering remotely.

Super flop, never visit this place.. spoiled our party with heavily rosted roties and tasteless soup which is very thick like curry.. everything comes with sweet flavour irrespective of item.. very late service and rude response from attitude god knows where the manager is🙄

Many officials will prefer this hotel for stay, if the tariff is below Rs2300 after discount.

I was hear for 20 days with my team, we had 5 rooms
I never prefer this hotel
Room service is very poor
Room and bathroom clining not good
Entry is dury muddy
Food is not good but rate is very high
Lift is always problematic
Now I am looking for other hotels for my next business trip with my team

Maintainance should have been lot better for the price. They should organise water bottles, towels, tea bags etc before checkin. Only thing i liked was breakfast.

Hotel is well built and furnished, but maintenance is not upto the mark. Housekeeping needs to improve a lot.

Service is not good. Reception support is very poor. The lift is not working in a week, once in a while.
