Hotel RAKS

Service for people staying is good. But we come with our driver's who drive for 7 to 10 hour's, they need a decent place to take rest. The drivers room is very unhygienic the sheets and pillows are horrible and the toilet not maintained well. Usually we tend to blame the drivers but actually that's wrong they are also human beings who know how to keep their place neat. So please will the management look into this. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay. Thank you

A friendly place with staff who care, tucked away in a quiet bye lane away from the traffic sounds. Spacious parking with a little garden, party hall and outdoor space. We needed a room for our family of 4 at the last minute due to an emergency and Mr.Baasha kindly got everything organized for us to checkin smoothly at 3.40am! He has been a great help, interacting with us, understanding our needs and providing amenities on time along with the other smiling staff.

The room is comfortable & well lit with sunlight although it could do with some repairs. Since we stayed for a number of days, we got bored with the same breakfast buffet. Would be nice if we can have 1 or 2 special items each day.

Overall, a good & quiet place to rest with people who care with easy accessibility & parking.

Best place to stay in thanjavur.excellent service and tasty food. Rooms are clean and spacious.The staffs are very polite and keep smile always. Mr. Basha - a very friendly and supportive staff. The main benefit of this hotel is 24 hours check in time. Nice to stay with family

they have allotted me the level 2 area, which is another lodge inside raks hotel. which is not worth of what we paid. no lift and cramped room.

breakfast food quality also can be improved. Dosa can be replace with tamarind. same taste.

Friendly staff . Spacious and clean room. Ther was some maintenance ongoing hence can't comment more on the corridor cleanliness . Ample parking space . Hospital, Bus stand etc nearby.

The rooms were nice and clean. Staff were also good. The guests were forced to waste more than a bucket of water to get hot water from the tap. They should have at least provided an additional bucket in every toilet. Too much water wastage with every guest they host.

Very Nice Hotel Maintain well, Over all stay was excellent, Especially, Mr.Basha taking care well, good Food fish and chicken, Nice experience...

Experience was not good... Hole system r unpredictable... If u order one dosa it will comes in 30 mins...
