Treebo Trend Abirami Residency - Hotel in Kodaikanal

The tariff for the standard category room was reasonably priced and breakfast was good. Hotel employees Sheeba and Kesavan were hospitable. Will appreciate if geyser was functional.

Abhirami Residency - A perfect holiday gateway hotel in Kodaikanal very close to the lake. Ample parking area, hospitable front desk, large rooms, clean lenin, spotless washroom, hot water kettle, travel desk, uninterrupted power supply and humble hotel staff. I had a wonderful time in this property with the great services. Highly recommended for tourists - family and friends and worth for the tarrif.
Will come again soon.

Ok so first of all
The hotel from outside looks decent and the parking is not the best. The rooms are not at all good. If you want to sleep there, you definitely could but paying more than 2 or 3 thousand for such a place is not something that you should do in your right mind. If you are okay with the conditions inside, definitely go for it but don't book the hotel beforehand. Go there in person and check the condition of the rooms and then decide if you want to stay there or not. The pictures given in Google are not that accurate and you should not rely on it. I would say the hotel next to it is way better than this one. The problem with this one is that it's not maintained properly. Hot water is only available between 7 and 10 am. That was a disappointment as well. But anyways, many other hotels you could get with the same price and much better quality. But if you just need a place to stay and if you don't need any luxury, go here. This will definitely suit for a night's stay.

Also btw I can't provide a much detailed review since I didn't even stay here. As soon as I saw the quality of the rooms, I just left. So I am sorry if I can't provide you guys with the amenities or the breakfast which is being provided.

Good and decent hotel to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Morning breakfast is complementary. Food was decent. Enjoyed the stay.

I would not even give one star to this hotel. Booked a room from 30th Dec to 1st Jan. Worst hotel seen so far. Rooms not clean, mould on the wall, dirty towels the list can just go on and on.. Photos of property on different sites are really deceiving.. Please do not book rooms if u are going with family or even alone.

Couldn't sleep here the whole night feeling disgusted....
No hot waters in some rooms.
I say that never come to this hotel.
Not as shown in the photo it's completely different literally this hotel per room can paid just 500rs - 700rs.

Pathetic management, no staff cooperation, dirty bed sheets, no amnities, no lift n staff don't carry luggage have to do it self, very dirty place, basic soap is also not available in washroom, drinking water unavailable, cleaning staff unavailable advised not to opt the place. Place not worth the money charged.
