Hotel Padmam Madurai

very very bad experience..
definitely not recommended..
no car parking.
very crowded place..not fit for hotel..
I'm very much irritated and tired after stay @ this hotel..

Located at heart of Madurai , temples are very near and good food options are available nearby.

Located at congested place so not recommended if you have own vehicle. Rest others things were good.

Rooms were clean and AC was good.

Surrounding locality is very bad and parking here is a big headache if you reach in between 4 to 10pm. Also garbage menace just infront of the location is very disturbing. Good thing is it is a walkable distance to the temple.

The hotel is in prime location... Decent room but poor service.. No early check in option available and when you request the reception guy he will talk rudely (not sure if madurai slang is like that).. Or he will ask you to pay extra.. But if you are really looking for location you can come to this place.

Worst service/hotel ever. Plug points don't work. Only 1 plug point in the room works. Hot water is not coming in the mornings. Jet spray doesn't work. Lots of other complaints too. I don't recommend this hotel.

Horrible place to stay if i have to put it simple.
I had misfortunate of staying here for 2 days after seeing pictures in portal.
The pictures in website and in reality is vastly different.
Unfriendly welcome, unhygienic locality with huge piles of dustbin in front of the porperty,badly kept rooms,broken tiles in washroom, towels were not changed for 2 days,handwash being kept in rusted container and the list goes on.
I would suggest to skip this property.

no courties talk. very bad management. Reception service is very poor. they don't provide the rooms on time.

Worst people, pathetic service. Even though you book online and get confirmation, they denied our stay which very bad for tourists as they will be new to city and get to another hotel would be not easy in peak sessions. Never book this!
