SPOT ON 36502 Sree Grand Lingam Residency

Inside the room is very hot. The hotel is not providing drinking water. The staffs are always asking tips. The water from the bathroom is coming outside to the room. TV is not working. We asked them to make the TV work, but they avoided us. We had very bad experience with this hotel.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay in SHREE GRAND LINGAM RESIDENCY rooms.Hotel Staff were very co operative and locality also very good. Room service and cleaning also excellent. i must say a good budget hotel at vellore ......

i came for treatment in CMC, hotel is 2.5 km to hospital and just 15 min journey. As facilities mentioned on site, most of main are available like attached bathroom, tv, mirrors, bed, chairs, mineral water, hot water, wifi.

I visited this place today looking at the review . Sad part is they are like the other hotels near CMC rehab center. I only wanted to stay for a 1 day for single person and the ac room cost was 1400 in comparison to 12 to 1300 near CMC hospital. And they were reluctant to give it to a single person. Good luck finding economical place to stay near CMC rehab slcenter.

They are pure cheaters they charged me for two days instead of one day, request every one to not go to this hotel as they showed rowdy behaviour

I came for treatment in CMC. Hotel is just 2.5 km from CMC, price is very less of 600 compared to hotels near CMC more than 1000 by online booking. Normal 850 start for direct booking from hotel. Hotel staff are very frendely, helped me with information about public transport and about near by restaurants. Food is not available in hotel but can eat at near by hotel or can order online. Rooms are little closed type as hotel also. Total rooms in single floor and less ventilation. In summer due to less ventilation room temperature is little hot. Staff are polite but they will ask tips min 100 each without doing correct room service changing bed sheets for 2nd day, not removing waste till ask.

Hotel is centrally placed at main road where people can get everything. Hotel is having VERY GOOD SANITATION, HYGIENIC LIVING CONDITION I.e. PROPER VENTILATION, SPACIOUS ROOMS RENOVATED WITH GOOD COLOURS ( DISTAMBER COLOUR) containing good shining with all basic amenities supplied i.e. Soap, Towels, Drinking water of packed 20 litre bottle for myself and three friends, TATA SKY DTH with all channels duly subscribed & automatic lift with automatic lights which does not require any switch off or switch on position. I became happier as hotel owner is Supervising PERSONALLY at least twice in a day and enquiring about any grievance if any. This is very good sign for PROFESSIONAL HOTELIERS. I LIKED HIGHLY RECIPROCABLE & PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF OWNER I strongly recommend to stay in such a budgetary hotel where one will enjoy at minimum cost with maximum benefits. OVERALL, I RECOMMEND EXCELLENT HOTEL IN BUDGETARY HOTELS. GHANSHAM P WADHWA,
