If u wish to stay at economical price for long stay.. I think this is the best place . Though, there is no restaurant at the hotel but the staff is so polite that they can get u tea coffee and snacks from some nearby stores . The 5 stars are for the staff basically. They are really humble with amazing hospitality.

Generally good & clean, proximity to Bangalore highway.
Too tiny rooms. Choose only if you have very little luggage.
No restaurant. Even tea was to be brought from outside.
Limited car parking.
AC drain piping inside the bathroom - keep the bathroom floor wet all the time. Also AC drain water dripping from the pipe occasionally on your body while in washroom - that was very uncomfortable & gave unhygienic feeling - at least in room 203.
Overall okayish hotel. You may also get better options at similar price.

Room was quite neat, but slightly small, so should have less luggage when checking in. Mainly the staff were very flexible and helpful on many things, including checkout timings, purchasing necessities from nearby, and switching rooms. Stay was pleasant because the staff were very friendly and amenable.

It's a great hotel to stay at. The facilities and service is absolutely brilliant. We had a triple sharing with an extra cot in the room. All of this at a reasonable price!

The staff also recommended a great veg restaurant - Hotel Arya (just 2 kms away)

It was very good experience in this hotel Arihanth Inn. I have travelled several times, Vellore and stayed so many different hotels. But this one was fabulous.
1. Room and bathroom perfectly neat and clean.
2. A/C was working superbly.
3. Bed roll, blanket and towels, all were perfectly cleaned.
4. Aquaguard facilities for drinking water were great.
5.TV, It was running good.
6. Staffs were extremely good and supportive.

NOTE: In totality, I had no issues with the systems.

What I liked about the hotel is how they recovered from a service failure - the manager quickly recognized it and quickly addressed it, and apologized. That is all someone is looking for, in the service industry. The bedsheets were soiled when I got the room - which was addressed quickly by the manager. The supervisor should have made sure that they were changed before the room was assigned to a new guest - I hope they strengthen this by training the room service personnel to leave the room without sheets instead of making the room with unclean sheets. I checked in close to midnight and was looking to sleep immediately - but lost 30 precious minutes of sleep due to this. Had I not noticed it, I do not want to point out to implications with this pandemic still alive. However, I truly appreciate the manager stepping up to fix the issue immediately.

The rooms were ok and the bathrooms were ok - not great. The location is great - quite close to the highway. Quite economical too. This hotel will be on a list that I would visit again if I need to stay in Vellore - though I may explore more options to see if there is a better one.

Nice lodge to stay. The staffs are very cooperative and supportive. Rooms are maintained well. Prime location and bang on main road. Good for families as well as friends to stay.

Reasonable price. Good spacious and clean room with all the essential amenities. All the staffs are really good, decent and welcoming in nature. One of the most recommended place.
