The Hotel is okay....it can be maintained better n lot of improvements can be made...small small ones n over a period of time.

Tariffs have been increased and its the right time to make improvements.

There is a person who serves in the restaurant.He doesnt wear shoes but is found in sandals/slippers.This person is a very uncouth person.His body language n manners are very bad n is a bad influence on those who are working well.

Hope the management does some thing about all this.Thank you.

Pros:
- Good location
- Friendly Staff
- Spacious room
- Good free WiFi

Cons:
- Rooms didnt maintain upto the mark. Stained mirrors, linen and pillows.
- Centralized AC you will have at room, if power is out, AC will not work.
- Repeated buffet breakfast menu. Menu is very limited and most of the items tasted bland.
- Restaurant AC didn't work all the time. Had to sit in heat and sweat during our visits in restaurant.

Final word : Better look for alternative option. Its not at all worth to spend for a room with these bad state. Hotel need to improve to maintain their quality in their rooms.

One of the best places to stay in Trichy. Room is spacious, staff is friendly and very helpful. It is located strategically near the bus stand and has a lot of options for dine in and transport within 5 mins walking distance. It was a great stay, with no complaints.

The staff here are awesome. The security helped out with auto rickshaw prices, the manager and reception helped recover a watch I had misplaced when we checked out, and housekeeping was very diligent with the extra bed, cleanliness etc.

Nice hotel. Location in front of busstand is a big plus to save on commuting around. Other facilities are ok manageable though nothing extra worth mentioning. Late check out for few hours is charged for whole day as per rules. Clean room, clean toilet, clean linen, ac working...

Over all stay was Average. It is located at center of the town.
The moment enter the room some kind of smell.
Bathroom did not had ventilation. Bathroom door lock get locked if we close it from outside. we had get it opened calling room service later suggested not to close the door to avoid further locking.
Road connecting to this hotel is one way so be careful if you miss the turn you need to make round and come back.
We felt we would had got better option to stay.

Prime location. Neat and clean rooms. Clean washroom. Hot water not round the clock but 4 hours in morning and 4 evening but amazingly hot. Room service is mentioned 24 hours but is not. No coffee available in early hours, starts only by 7 am. Good buffet breakfast. Otherwise rest all good .

Is a well reputed hotel and restaurant in Trichy. Though, did not get a room; we were there for the food and it's awesome. Typical Tamilnad goodness of food + the staff (they are all amazing and courteous).

We booked online for four rooms. The rooms were okish. It resides by road side near Trichy bus stand and have good parking facilities. I saw some arguments between the customers and hotel faculties on room bookings going on. They booked rooms online but there wernt rooms free. It's better to call them once and check if rooms are really available before booking it online.
